Felt like she was constantly rushing me. Could barely finish my question before she cut me off again. For the amount she charged, you'd expect to have your questions addressed. Several hundreds for a simple return is definitely overpriced. Will never go back.

Dee is a real professional! She views the whole picture and is very accommodating. Her skill set includes; Quick books, payroll, payroll taxes, bookkeeping and all general accounting practices. She excels in accuracy and regularly exceeds expectations. She is a great asset to our business!

Dee is the best! Hands down. Being a business owner she makes doing taxes fun and easy. She is great to work with and is so sweet. Even though my wife and I only see her pretty much once a year, it always seems like we are visiting family. Highly recommend her services! Don't judge it based on a phone call like some of the other negative reviews. Go in and see her, and you will see how great she is to work with.

Lacking in professional courtesy. Kept me waiting a week to answer a question I had asked her. She asked me to be patient so she could get me the correct info. After I gave her time, I called again and she informed me she had no time to do research, ask someone else and hung up . What a waste of my valuable time.

Dee is amazing! My father passed away over a year ago and this was the first year that my mother had to do her taxes on her own. My father always did their taxes by hand so going to a CPA was a new experience for her. Dee was extremely patient with us as we gathered all the paperwork. She was very sensitive towards my mother's emotional state and understood that doing the taxes was a reminder of her loss. We genuinely felt as though Dee was looking out for our best interests. She was honest about everything and explained things to us in terms that were easily understood. We'll be going to her from here on out. She is someone you can trust.

I was looking for a new accountant and decided to work with Dee & Assc., and after a week of going back and forth proving the information I had for filling my tax return I was treated very rudely by Dee and some other gentleman in their office during a second visit for the same return. Tax season is stressful enough!
