Our family recently faced the difficult choice to let our chronically ill, elderly dog go. We chose Well Pets Twilight Services for this sad occasion. Dr. Scott's communication from the initial inquiry, throughout the planning, and into the weeks after our dog's passing was compassionate and kind. We are so grateful for the choice to have allowed our pup to remain completely comfortable at home for the rest of his life and for the ability to send him off from and grieve in the privacy and comfort of the home we shared with him for more than thirteen years. As a family with other animals, when faced with a similar decision and given time to choose, we will reach out to Dr. Scott again. Cannot say enough good things about his compassionate care and the positive impact and difference it made in our time of sorrow.

The Well Pets office was technically closed for the holidays, but they still responded to my voicemail - wonderful customer service. Dr. Moore provided Twilight Services for my cat. She was so kind and explained everything that would happen throughout the process. I would absolutely recommend her if you’re ever in need of these services.

Horrible service. They refuse to answer their phone during business hours and take days to return your call if at all. I get the vets are busy but don’t offer a service that you can’t perform. DO NOT USE!

Wife and I called on Dr Emch to euthanize our small dog. He was quick to respond and gave us all the time we needed in those final moments. He assessed our dog when he arrived and explained her condition, helping comfort us that we were making the right decision at the right time. He walked us through the process and went at our pace. As someone who was experiencing all of this for the first time, I cant recommend this service or this Dr enough. Pricing was upfront and transparent (on their website), so we were not worried about being oversold in a moment of grief. If you should have to confront this sad moment in your life, dont hesitate to call them.

Me and my family had to put down my 20 year old cat April 16th. We had a really hard time finding a vet that would come to the house and especially one that was reasonably priced. My friend recommended twilight. The vet who came to our house was super friendly and kind and walked us through the whole process and explained everything for us. Putting down pets is hard in general but I really am glad we called them because it's the best service we could of had to put our cat down. Definitely recommend them.

Dr. Emch and his staff at Well Pets Economy Clinics and Cicero Veterinary Clinic are amazing! I have taken my personal pets and foster pets to Dr. Emch for years. He also offers Twilight services which I have used over the years at my home. My pets cross the rainbow bridge at home and in a peaceful way.

Dr. Scott was great. We had to have our cat put down and he was extremely helpful in the process. He shows up on time, walks through every step and takes every measure to make sure both animal and owner are comfortable. Highly knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Love it love it love it. Dr.Scott is awesome. Affordable prices and they email me when shots are due. Some of the nicest people! They are friendly and gentle with the dogs and cats. Would definitely recommend!!

I have to give 5 stars to any service that offers reduced price veterinary care! Any pet owner will know just how expensive vet care can be, so when I found out about the WellPets clinic, I was sold! Dr. Emch is a really caring vet who wants to provide vaccinations and examinations for people who may be on a budget , but who still want good care for their pets. The clinics are set up in pet stores around the area- I go to the Petco on Michigan Rd. but I've also been to the Pet Supplies Plus in Broad Ripple and on certain days of the week, they offer basic exams, vaccinations and medications for your pets. They don't provide surgical services or anything invasive, so you still need to have a relationship with a regular vet, but for the yearly exams and shots, this is the place to go! Depending on when you go, the line to be seen can get pretty long, so plan accordingly. Their website is really informative and gives you a price list and the dates, times and locations of the clinics. Support Dr. Emch and his staff, they provide a great service for our furry family members!!
