“Years ago, I had a custom ring made by a jeweler who has since closed up shop. Through no fault of the original designer, I just didn't like it. I took it in to Hupp on a lark, to see if they had any suggestions for "fixing it". They had excellent, affordable suggestions, did the work, and I now have a gorgeous ring that I absolutely love. I am so impressed!! And happy :-), needless to say. They also made several small repairs to other items, all affordable, and excellent workmanship. They do it all! Very professional and friendly, too.”

Mike was very personable and assisted me greatly in selecting a setting that combined stylistic elements my girlfriend liked as well as things I was looking for. Lindzy gave me very good counsel on what to look for in a diamond and assisted me in looking at several of them up close and under magnification. I was thrilled with the lifetime trade-in/upgrade policy on their diamonds and felt like that helped me buy with confidence.My fiancé is thrilled with the ring. Very unique and elegant. “From beginning to end this was a spectacular novel experience! Working with someone that only does custom designed pieces by appointment was initially intimidating until we met with Shaun the first time, then we realized how friendly, warm, and personal it could be. I brought in my wedding ring of 21 years, along with a couple other diamonds I had, without too much of an idea if they could work together in a new piece. He immediately assured me that they would. I love antique cut diamonds, and he was able to find some small accent sized old European cut side stones to keep the aesthetic in line with the three center stones I provided. Over a few appointments, a newly created wedding ring was designed and delivered! It is far and above what I even expected, and my original center stone looks sooo much brighter in the platinum setting. I absolutely love it! My phone pictures can't do it any justice. I don't see myself going anywhere else for jewelry from now on. Thank you so much for the experience, and my new beautiful extra sparkly wedding ring.”
