This pharmacy was supposed to open at 8:00. I was there at 9:00.
The pharmacy was closed. No pharmacist. This is not the first time. Far and away the worst Walgreens I have experienced.

Just terrible. My prescription is never in stock and every month the pharmacy has to re-order it. I am going on one week without my medication. Stay away from this Walgreens.

Poor customer. 1/4/2024 Came to pick up an order just to be told the manager canceled it. I will take my $150 elsewhere. I wasted time and money- I used a transportation service to pick up an order they canceled 10 mins prior to my arrival. Stupid manager

If you want to use a Walgreens move to the one on 555 Westfield Rd. Mike and his team over there are amazing. This one however I have had to use to due some medication shortages and I have yet to have a pleasant experience. The last time I dealed with them I was getting my sons medication and they told me it would be ready so I show up and it's 100 questions and an hour later before it's ready. I would have been okay if they weren't rude, but if your job makes you that miserable find another one.

5 months in a row I call my medicine in the day before or 2-4 hours ahead of time, and I wait in line for 20-30 minutes for them to tell me they haven't filled it yet and then I wait another 20-30 minutes for them to fill it.. This branch has terrible customer service.. I'm going to pass the word to my Dr so he doesn't recommend this brach anymore.

For insurance reasons I had to move from CVS to this Walgreens location. I would give the overall service at this location a 2/10. Just about every time I come here they either haven’t filled a prescription or have me waiting a minimum of 10 minutes before I’m even greeted.

Your pharmacy double sucks! I called and was left on hold for 1hr and 45min, always in the que starting at 3 callers before me, down to next in the gue and finally cut off at 8:15pm. I absolutely hate Walmart but their pharmacy has to be heads and above what I experienced this evening with you all. With service like this, you shouldn't even be allowed to do business -- oh, never mind. Y'alls don't care --

My husband was out of his medicine and really needed it. He called and talked to the pharmacy they said they would have it ready and they closed at 8pm (which was in 15 mins) I jumped in the car pulled up in the drive thru at 8pm sharp! The sign was already in the window and the lady was right there so I said Ma’am it’s just now 8pm and she wouldn’t even look up at me. So I rang the buzzard (while looking at her) again she wouldn’t even look up at me. How rude. Even if she would have said I’m sorry I’ve already closed. But to close before 8pm then act like I wasn’t even there is very rude! Poor customer service!

I was there Thursday evening and there was an elderly lady in front of me trying to figure out their card machine. The cashier Jess was absolutely the rudest person to her. I was shocked how she talked to her. Then my turn and I asked her a question about it and she talked to me like I was stupid and I called her out. Then she wants to say she will tresspas me lol. I have always had a great experience with Walgreens but JESS changed that. Calling corporate office to discuss

Wow, the pharmacy has gone to the dogs. We came to Walgreens a few years ago because our insurance won’t allow us to utilize CVS, which has always been our go to, and with great service. We switched to Kroger for a short while, but that was awful! This Walgreens started out really well, then all went to hell. Not sure what happened, but their hours are awful…in fact, they aren’t open on weekends any longer. What pharmacy isn’t open on weekends? Our son takes some very critical medication and this pharmacy doesn’t seem to be able to keep any on the shelf. Every time our monthly reorder, which is automated by the way, is due, we get a call that the product isn’t in stock and needs to be ordered. One time the Pharmacist was out sick and the medicine wasn’t ordered in time. This made us switch and get the product from another pharmacy. Problem here is the other pharmacy probably earned a new customer. There needs to be a system in place if the Pharmacist is out, items can still be ordered…it’s people’s lives they are playing with. It doesn’t matter if you go inside, or through the drive thru, service is awful! You can wait, and wait, and wait until someone finally notices you and then the attitude is like you are bothering them. I hope our company’s insurance allows CVS this next year, because all other pharmacies in this area seem to be as awful as this Walgreen’s pharmacy.

Always understaffed, I have come to pick up my prescription only to find out there is no pharmacist on duty so they cannot give you your prescription call there’s two cars in front of me today and I’ve been sitting here 15 minutes and no one has been able to move, so often they do not have the right amount of my prescription, and if it is not correct, my insurance will not pay for it, now there is five cars in line here, and the drive-through is still not moving.I will be looking for another pharmacist more times than not I cannot get through in a reasonable amount of time whether it’s drive-through or go inside. I hope the rest of the store is not as poorly managed as the pharmacy.After waiting in line through the drive-through for 38 minutes now I am leaving and I will go find another pharmacy

Do not use them for COVID testing! I made an appointment for the COVID Drive thru testing a day in advanced. I filled out all the information online and when I got there - they weren’t ready. I still waited another 5-10 minutes for them to get the test for me and my daughter. Once we got it done she said it would be 24 hours for the results, but I specifically chose the test that they advertise as “results in 2 hours”. Whatever I waited my 24 hours and I still never got an email with the results. I finally just called and they had the results and mentioned their system may not be working. I eventually got my results over a day and a half later, but never got my daughters. Frustrating.
