Icee machines (frazil) and the soda machine have mold in them. A lot. You can see it inside mixing with the slush and on the nozzles. I opted for a refrigerated, sealed drink. I told the cashier there’s mold in the machines and she did not care at all

Will not be coming back until cashiers know how to use coupons. The past 2 times I've been in, I've been told I don't know how to do coupons. Plus the place stinks of old grease.

Never have anything in stock or breakfast on time. It’s about time for new management and employees. Place is always filthy and an embarrassment to the community.

Friendly staff and quick service. Masks are required, but if you forget, you will still be served. Just use common sense with the distancing and cough or sneeze into your armpit. The cov 19 molecules are smaller than the holes in any masks that are sold. Fact-check that!!!

The 3rd shift guy is extremely rude. I live close and spend alot of money here. I refuse to come back. Ive had enough of this guy. Aaron is nice but the other long haired blonde guy with no teeth is the worst. He makes customers wait and never ever is friendly. If this guy is working ill go to speedway

There is an older lady that works there that is INCREDIBLY rude and very unpleasant. Not to mention she has no idea how to run the register because I was just there ( biting my tongue at her complete lack of customer service skill ) and she kept asking me debit or credit on my card and it kept declining my card when I know my card was good. So I left and went to speedway a few stores down ( they have a lot better customer service ) and my card worked just fine. So that goes to show you that she is not only rude but also costing Village Pantry a lot of business by her lack of knowledge when it comes to using their register. If I ever have to go back there for any reason I will turn around and go somewhere else if I see her. She is seriously that mean to her customers. Incase this makes it to any sort of management today is Wednesday January 9th and it was around 3:30pm to 3:45pm that I visited. Hopefully that will help recognize the lady you had " greeting " your potential customers. Btw the card I was using was a Visa debit card that I also use as credit and yes I all but forced her to attempt both, which I am not sure why she had to ask me when no other place asks me that question.

For such a busy place why are all of the snacks stale? This store needs a whole new inventory. I gave this place a third try and am still unimpressed. Service is fine but the convenience of the inside is not there.

This place is awesome, by far one of my favorite gas stations, a long with being the closest one to my house. The staff are all genuinely awesome, especially the night guy, always a great person to have a quick conversation or two with. The selection there is amazing too. Definitely go check it out !
