I am a regular shopper at Versona and love the unique styles you offer. However, I recently encountered an issue when trying to return an item and learned that returns are not accepted without a receipt.
I don't usually keep paper receipts, as most stores can look up purchases using the credit card used for the transaction. Unfortunately, I was never emailed a receipt either. This was very disappointing and will definitely influence my future shopping habits at your store.
This policy seems quite outdated. I urge you to consider updating it to allow for purchase look-ups using credit card information. I am very disappointed with this experience.

Katina had great customer service skills while a completely unhinged woman was berating her. The customer forced Katina to button a shirt with a button behind the neck and then yelled that she was “choking her and going to report her.” Katina handled the situation calmly and professionally even after the woman continued to speak down to her.

Taylor is amazing, I was in a bind and she helped with what I needed.She’s keeper Versona. I’ve been in this store several times and this is by far the best experience I’ve had. She even steamed my purchase since I need it tomorrow.❤️thanks Taylor!

I have been here twice and both times the worker has been disrespectful. I have not been welcomed or greeted once. Not even a smile to show acknowledgment. It’s been the same worker both times. Upon check out she doesn’t say a word to me, not even a “have a nice day” when handing me my bag. Today she was on the phone with someone while checking me out. I say “thank you” and she doesn’t even smile or say anything back. I felt so unwelcomed. Part of me feels like she’s ignoring me due to the fact I’m a curvier customer. It’s a shame because I like the clothes here as yes I fit in them but don’t think I will be returning.

I went w/my daughter and shopped for work clothing for her new job. They had the perfect coat and clothing for what she needed. The prices were very reasonable.
