It is an excellent service. I made a fast shipment to my country Puerto Rico. And the destined time was 6pm and the package arrived at 12 noon, I loved it since it was a very important package. I will continue making my deliveries with you. Thank you.

Horrible customer service!!! I had gone in to inquire about a lost package multiple times and they said it’s on its way. FINALLY, someone emailed the post office where it was last scanned and it was just sitting there. It was finally delivered in a couple days after the email. I basically had to do the work for them. And another case of missing package, she wouldn’t even file a missing mail search request. She said it will get to you eventually. Well it’s been since November 19 and it is now December 6 and still nothing. And it was sent from Michigan. Not far at all. They need people who actually care about their jobs and want to help others.

this is now the 3rd time the post office "delivered" an amazon package inside my mailbox and its not in there. everyone in my neighborhood on a daily basis is having these similar issues. our mailboxes are clearly marked there's no excuse for it besides laziness.

Have always had issues.Missed MailRedirected mail,assumptions on Mail service ppls side...Mail on ground..late Mail.Continuously told post master lady that we have not moved,but still Mail delivery ppl assume we did and send mail back and or say we don't live here...never had so much problems with Mail ppl in my life.

If I could give a zero I would. The guy was difficult for no reason he tried to make me buy tape and a label just to send a package when all he had to do was print a label I ended up going to staples and got the service I needed. He didn’t want to help me at all.

I’m honestly shocked by all the bad reviews. I’ve had nothing but amazing customer service at this location. Sure, the location is a little run down, but it doesn’t stop the employees from doing their job and doing it well. I’m sure they deal with lots of BS, and yet, they manage to keep it up and keep a friendly attitude.

4/25-5/25 I opted in to have my mail held (at the post office) as I was on vacation, leaving the country. I arrived on 5/25 to pick up my mail (from the post office) as confirmed on the website. I get to the post office only to find out that I hope not have any mail. How is that possible? I'm certain that even soliciting junk (advertisment mail) would have been issued to me. My informed delivery shows that there has been mail that should be delivered to me?The teller said to me ,"did you check your mailbox"? I replied why would I check my mailbox, when my mail was supossed be held here for a month until pick up? WTH?! The teller stated that the carrier(s) probably didnt pay attention and delivered it.Why bother offering a service if you do not abide by it? INCOMPETENCE mixed with poor customer service. I arrived home to see that mail was balled up and forcefully shoved in my mailbox. Some of my mail (importantdocuments) have abeen returned to their senders and that caused me to incur fees from certain establishments, like my bank and several others! Bottom line is: My mail wasn't held as requested and important documents were lost and or returnd when they should not have been. Thanks!!!?

I came in to mail my taxes today 4/18 and somehow made it in and out in under 2 minutes. Absolutely incredible. I (almost) felt semi-OK about sending the federal government my hard-earned money based on my experience with Taylor. Friendly, professional, and FAST. I've been to this location one other time (the week before Christmas-- another time of the year historically featuring long lines), and had a similar experience. Clearly, they're doing something right by staffing appropriately.

Received mail at my current address since 2003. This branch has increasingly provide terrible service. They are delivering my mail to the wrong address, and opening parcels. Just this a.m. they delivered an birthday card for my daughter and opened it and took the money out. These people have no class and are just principally bankrupt entity. I will be speaking with the Postal Inspector today and will have an update from their response.

For international shipping, people in this office (Noblesville) don't know much about it. A shipment I made from this office was returned due to insufficient content description. We put "Toy" for the item, but it had to say more details about it. I spend almost $70, but they asked me to repay the same amount for shipping it again. they said "it's custom's decision, which was not our fault." The person at the window even didn't provide us enough instruction or confirm what the toy was, he even just copied exactly what we filled out the custom form to create the label without questioning about anything. To support customers to fill out the custom form properly, isn't it a part of USPS services?

This post office location has absolutely the BEST customer service around. Every time I have ever been here they are fully staffed, the employees are incredibly friendly, and the line moves quickly.On this visit I waited for literally two minutes, and when the employee called me up to the counter he apologized for my wait. My two minute wait. At another Hamilton county post office location I had frequently spent half an hour in line with no apology and unfriendly service. I always choose this post office location now, even though there are two other locations that are closer to my home. It is worth the few miles extra drive for a great experience.

Paid to have this package weighed and with fragile shipping. Not only was it returned with no explanation, but was broken as well. Starting to understand why people hate the postal service
