Horrible!!! The “owner “ swore at me and throw insults when the car was being serviced ! I had told him before purchase there was a problem with alarm system !!!

I bought a 2004 Buick Rendezvous from here back in June and had a great experience buying it through them. Have only had minor issues with it like changing the battery and fixing 2 broken brake lines recently and putting new brake pads on the front. Have had regular maintenance done on it. Was planning on coming up there again to see if I can trade my Buick on something newer and with close to or lower monthly payments.

Worst experience at buying a car. Willy is not an honest man. He's a slick talker and a liar. Little does he know I have been in the business and know a thing or two. His cars are not good so be careful. If you want to be lied to and then told it's not his problem by all means go see him. His bad reviews are not from his compition next door like he claims. We wasted 3 days and risking my husband's job playing with him because he didn't have the means to fix the truck we were going to buy. Nice job WILLY

My experience here at the original used car factory was truly unique. The man I got my car from his name is willy. He is very honest and very helpful. This man knows how to help people get the car they need and can afford. It was truly a blessing.

I dont even know where to start. I started off looking at a car I just wanted to test drive and ended up buying another. Willy, great guy, amazing dude. He was really honest with me, he was funny, and he was a lot of fun to work with. His prices were pretty reasonably low, and I was looking at a 2002 Mazda 626 for $2500, something went wrong with the car and he didnt let me buy it because he wanted me to get the right car. Ended up buying a 2007 Volvo S60 for $4500. 10/10 best dealership i have ever been to, would recommend.

I came here to search for a vehicle since the one I have has a lot of miles on it... I found Joshua/salesperson on FB and he told me to apply online and come on in. When I got there, him, the owner Willy, and all the staff were extremely welcoming and had me laughing the entire time. I must admit I had a wonderful experience! Low down payment and monthly payments! (And let me tell you my credit is far from perfect) Plus I got the vehicle I wanted!(2010 Ford Escape)I highly suggest coming here.... this is by far the best experience I have ever had with any car dealer! No complaints whatseover and these people are truly honest people to deal with! They made sure I was satisfied with the vehicle I chose and let me test drive a couple of cars until I chose the one I wanted. They were very patient and do not pressure you to buy! ... they even offer limited warranties.... I can go on and on about how great of an experience I had but you must see for yourself! Awesome experience here! I went looking for something affordable and found an awesome car at an awesome price, with no problems. The muffler was loud at first and when we asked about it they fixed it for us with no hesitation at all! Very friendly staff, and very willing to work with people. I will definitely be going back!!!!!!!

My wife and I went out to look at what kind of inventory the The Orginal Used Car Factory had to offer. We were very pleased to find out there was very nice cars that they offer. We sat down and talked with Willy then owner, filled out the application. We were approved within minutes. They offer good cars and the payment is reasonable. Very satisfied customers.
