Scott was fantastic to work with. He was patient in setting up a time to bring my car in, since I have a weird schedule, then he took a long time to explain what was going on with my car. There was a lot, so he gave me space to process the information and ask questions, as well as he understood that things would have to be done in stages. He helped me develop a plan and assign priority to projects.
When I picked my car up, they had all kinds of surprises waiting for me. Everyone was so friendly, the shop was well cared for, and the service is second to none. I’m glad I found such a great place to get my car serviced. Will definitely recommend.

Brought the kids' car in (2012 Toyota Camry) due to AC not working and knowing it wasn't an issue with refrigerant. They quickly identified the issue (two leaks - two parts) and was on the fence about having the repair completed with the cost (and it not being a necessity), but they have a 3 year, 36,000 mile guarantee and kids pitched in, so okayed the repair plus an oil change and flushing and refilling the brake fluid. This was a Thursday and picked it up on Monday! (Might have been done sooner, but we were going to be out of town over the weekend, so I was fine with Monday - especially after reading so many reviews on places that seemed to take forever for repairs.) Long story short, probably wasn't the cheapest place, but well worth it!

I would highly recommend this auto shop. They are honest, timely, provide excellent communication and thorough. Ben did a great job of going through the details of my service. I would recommend this mechanic to anyone needing their vehicle to be serviced.

Overall the service is top notch. There are a couple things though. First, and it is minor, is that there times that I call and I have to leave a message. Ultimatly, my calls are never returned. Its not like I am calling during lunch hours. I'm calling either mid morning or mid afternoon. The other thing, which is a little bit more big of a deal, is the price. Like I mentioned before, the service and repairs are great and I confidently say the work is done well. But there are minor things that I find like they try to nickel and dime me. For example, I had my wife's car serviced for a n oil change and change of brake fluid. While there, they noticed corrosion on the battery terminal. Instead of going on ahead and cleaning it, they wanted to charge money for it to be cleaned. 85 dollars! Really? I ordered a cleaning kit and cleaned it less than 10 min. I came from a repair shop where I felt like they truly cared for the customers, not try to make an easy buck. They also noticed the coolant levels were low and wanted to charge 83 dollars for a pressure test. I said no but I had to ask for them to add coolant and I will keep an eye on it.

Great local repair option. We had a rattle in our Highlander that another shop (dealer) had failed to fix in 2 tries and $1300. These folks fixed it quick and for a tenth of that amount.
We will be back and have found our new mechanic.
Also, they email you pictures on all repairs/findings. Very good communication. The after hours key drop is also a nice add.

This place is, hands down, the best car repair shop I’ve ever dealt with! From initial phone call to getting our car back repaired, I was impressed every step of the way. Ben, our service advisor, was extremely professional, up front, thorough, and helpful! We went through an extended warranty for the majority of the repair and Ben handled every bit of it for us. To make it even better, they provide detailed breakdowns and photos/videos of every single aspect of the vehicle and prioritize repairs needed and safety concerns. AND they even let us use an extremely nice loaner vehicle while our car was in the shop. I will truly never go to another mechanic or shop again. Thanks again, Ben and everyone at The Noble Mechanic!!

I got a check up done on my Acura by Randy and was helped at the front desk multiple days by Scott. The check up was fully comprehensive, with pictures and everything, and I got a call explaining everything that was going on with my car. They also loaned me a rental in the price of the check up! They were more than accommodating with letting me drop off the loaner/pick up my car with my work schedule, and I even got sent home with a free car wash coupon and a pack of trail mix! Everything about this place was like being in a Mom and Pop shop. I felt valued as a customer, the pricing was reasonable, everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, and I’ll definitely be recommending this place to anyone and everyone, as well as have become a lifetime customer. I don’t live all that close to Noblesville, but I’d make this drive 100x over for that kind of service!!
