Called the day before to let the office know I would be coming the next day to move in and arrived at 1:00 to an empty office with a clock stating return at 2:30. Returned at 2:30 to a clock having been changed to 3:30. Had a rough start with the rep on the phone but got it taken care of and all went smoothly after that.

Easy to rent. However, the climate controlled unit is not great. 80 degrees in it with 75% humidity. My boxes will wilt.

All I could ask for: prompt, courteous service at a fair price. Requiring that all vehicles are in working order is also a hugely underrated plus. Have dealt with other RV storage places in the past that undercut everyone on price, and then you roll into the lot and see a half-dozen rotting cars or campers that haven’t moved from their parking spots since the Reagan administration.
