In the current economy consumers don't have money to waste. It is really frustrating and a waste of my time and money to drive to a store based on its listed hours to find out it doesn't open for two more hours. Now I have to spend time and gas driving back later. Five equally as frustrated people came and went and the time I was there.

Everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. The lady who checked me out was awesome and the man I think his name was Ryan, who helped me with my printer/fax was very helpful too

I wrote a family cookbook for my grown children. I was anxious about handing it off to someone else to print it for me. When I arrived at my local Noblesville store, Alexia put my fears at ease. She understood how important this project was to me and did a beautiful job. I am very pleased.

worst store been coming here 4 times a week all the worker so rude and disrespect !!! i spend thousand off thousand off dollar here everymonth!! all the worker is so lazy to give customer service when customer need something all they do just talking back to each other worker who the one gonna help customer in front off customer ? which store does that ? make people feel uncomfortable to shop when they yelling each other who the one gonna give customer service

I am so thankful for the folks at this Staples. They were patient, friendly, encouraging and helpful...and it was close to closing time. They took time to make sure that folks had what they needed and made you feel like you were their only customer even though they were busy.

They have a good variety of toner cartridges as well as printers and all the various cables you might need to connect devices.
