I pumped gas today at 2:41pm on pump 11 when my daughter yelled that the gas was spraying out. I was able to get the nozzle off (after getting it all over my hands and clothes) and proceeded to go inside to alert the cashier. I was overcharged approximately 4 gallons, roughly $20. I figured an in store credit would be the simple answer. Oh no, manager Paige could not be bothered and said for me to call corporate. I called corporate, spent 18 long minutes on the phone giving all the details to then also be asked to give a physical description (what I was wearing) and how tall I am (comical) and then the result was a case number and I would be notified in 7-14 days. Over $20. I spend $5k+ a year at speedway and when their nozzle malfunction, their answer is to make the customer do all the work for proper reimbursement? I’ll gladly start going to the Meijer gas station as soon as it opens!

My go-to gas station! I’m here multiple times a week to grab snacks or food for lunch, and I’m never disappointed with the selection. Tracy is my absolute favorite there, and I constantly get good service from everyone.

I go here at least once a month because of my friends and this gas station has proved to be the best one I’ve ever been to. I love going here, the slushees are amazing and all the snacks are always stocked. The staff is nice and very helping and I always enjoy going whenever I get the chance.
