The staff here(Loren,Kitt,&Ashley) are out of this world amazing! So polite, helpful, and fun! I wish I lived closer so I could stop shopping online. The quality you get on everything(bras,underwear,apparel,etc) is fantastic. It's totally worth the price you pay. Love this place!!!

I have always had the hardest time finding a bra that actually fits. I went to Victoria Secret and didn’t have my size ( I’m a very ODD size) went to Torrid and nothing was referred to Soma and OMG as soon as I walked in Teresa was there and helped me till we found something that fit and she is a godsend stayed with me till we found what worked and she was so helpful and so understanding. We had to have gone through at least 20 different ones but she didn’t give up. Will forever buy from there now. Best experience I have ever had bra shopping.

This store has lost every ounce of service they ever had. I came into the store today to stock up, but after a rude associate treated me badly, I walked out & will probably never return.

Awful, dismissive service at this location both times I’ve gone. Most recent experience, the staff was not wearing masks. Seriously? Not cool given the surge of COVID-19 numbers in Hamilton County.Much better service at the Fashion Mall location!!

Love this place! I am a G cup so I have a hard time finding bras. They are always super helpful, they will measure you if you need, and bring lots of things to try on. They also save your size and style so you can get the same one next time. Highly recommend!

Terrible service. Walked in as first time customer. Waited and waited for someone to help me . one sales person had customer. Never got the other sales person to help me. The other one came out when a new customer walked in and helped the new customer. I was going to spend a lot of money. Never acknowledged me. I had merchandise in my hands.
