A pillow was sent instead of our sheets. Mattress removal was not added after I requested and was on my ticket. Noblesville store wouldn't take time to deal with problem so I gave delivery company 100 to take my mattress. After I spent almost 9k dollars on bed and sheets and you have my money it wasn't a priority.

The store was quite busy but Jeff and Brandon both made us feel very important and heard. We walked in just wanting to look but after speaking with Brandon about multiple options we decided to buy. I would go to this store and work with Brandon again if another bed was needed.

I had such high hopes for Sleep number!!! Unfortunately, Sleep number has been a pain… bed started sagging in the middle after 2 weeks (I weigh less that 160 lbs and hubby 140). Troubleshooting with customer service with no resolve. Decided to return the bed after 3 weeks. So buyer beware- sleep number charges tax on delivery fee and restocking fee. I now have to pay over $500 for a bed that was advertised as a free trial period. Also, keep a close eye on what you are charged because I was charged a disposal fee and taxed when my previous bed was not removed. Trying this bed for 3 weeks is NOT worth $500+ charge.

Nice people, but it was a nightmare to get them to mail us my wife's pillow that we paid for 2 months ago. We are still in the 100 trial and as of today, we can't say that we are going to keep the bed.

My son just had spinal fusion surgery and we were deperate for him to have a good night's sleep and some pain relief. I called and talk to Tom, the sales rep and purchased a bed during the call. Getting his bed today has given him so much hope.

We had narrowed our choices to two manufacturers, Sleepnumber and Saatva. Unfortunately Saatva does not have outlets, and we hesitate to make such a substantial purchase online. We drove to the Sleepnumber outlet in Noblesville (Hamilton Town Square) and were met by a store full of examples that could be experienced and a really knowledgeable salesperson, Brandon Miller. In short, Brandon was right - all he had to do was get us to lay in one and it sold itself. Brandon had a quick, knowledgeable answer to all of our questions, and demonstrated how they work. We settled on the i8, and are greatly anticipating our delivery date and a good night's sleep. At age 70, both of us found our old mattress increasingly resulting in poor sleeping and sore backs. We look forward to waking up and popping out of bed, rather than stumbling out of bed. Thanks Brandon!

Went in to buy sheets. Color I wanted wasn't in stock. So they were ordered. We received sheets today. Very friendly salesman. Quick in and out.
