As a US Army Veteran, I am shocked at how badly the customer service desk treated me on Veterans Day, 11/11/23. They asked to help the person behind me as I was waiting in line. After some back-and-forth about hey I was next, no big deal, I walked out quietly and I will never shop at Kohl's ever again, and I'm going to post on social media everywhere I can find to warn people how poorly customer service treats you at Kohl's. I can spend my money anywhere. Amazon.com treats me better!!! They need a zero star option on Yelp.

I have found the management in this store are unhelpful and rude. If prices are miss marked, they don't want to bother with an inquiry. The manager lied to me by claiming they don't look up receipts but the carmel store admitted they do. This is just one example of the laziness of management at kohls in noblesville. Kohls technology is very out of date which is why their glitches created a problem for my return. No apology for my time wasted. The only time I'll go to kohls is to return Amazon items. Even then, they have messed up on that. You have to make sure they send back what you drop off.

It's so convenient to have the option to drop off Amazon returns at Kohls. I also like the Kohl's pickup process here: checking in through the mobile app and then finding my order in the bins. It's more efficient. When I've had items to return, the customer service counter employees are so friendly. There is a bit of a wait at times, but their friendliness makes up for it. There is ample parking and it's on the other side of the marketplace from where the Walmart is, so it's less busy with traffic, which is nice.

This Kohl's is so unorganized. There is clothing everywhere. Things hung up in the wrong place. Clothing out of stock in certain sizes. Baby department is dismal. Nothing very special to look for. Associates are scarce and hard to find. Good luck finding someone to help you with anything.

Employee provided a 25% off discount to be used in store. Upon checking out cashier refused to honor it saying the products I had did not qualify. I showed her the exclusions listed on the coupon did not list the products I had. Her and another employee still refused to honor it saying I should lookup the full exclusions on their website.
