“The beginning with corporate representative was good, or so I thought. I had to take a different unit than what I reserved therefore I didn't get my 1stonth free that I agreed to. I lost that. What I did get was a unit with overhead door with drive up access tho and I'm glad but the one they initially gave me had two small doors and I would have had to purchase 2 locks which I wasn't expecting that! “Updated review: I received a call from Beau, who manages this and other locations. He offered to cancel what we owe for our this month since we already moved our stuff out, which I do really appreciate, and said to reach out to him next time at his direct number.
I didn't call the front office to counter the price increase because I didn't know that was an option and don't like confrontation, but it sounds like it may have been an option for anyone who doesn't mind that kind of thing.
If the price were to be reasonable and without major hikes all at once, I wouldn't be opposed to trying again but would look into a climate controlled unit. The outdoor unit would be good for things like metals, plastics, or airtight containers.
Original review with 2 stars: Outrageous price increases for a small, 10x10 non-climate controlled unit. We started at 90 bucks per month, it went up to 125, and then in Oct it all of a sudden increased by 40 dollars to $165. If I’m paying that much I may as well get a climate controlled one so at least our things wouldn't end up covered in mold.”
“Renting a storage unit at Extra Space Storage in Noblesville, IN was a pleasant experience. It was very easy to rent my unit online. My unit was clean and in good condition when I moved my things in. The manager, Marvin Churchwell, was friendly and helpfull. I highly recommend them and would use them again.”

“All I could ask for: prompt, courteous service at a fair price. Requiring that all vehicles are in working order is also a hugely underrated plus. Have dealt with other RV storage places in the past that undercut everyone on price, and then you roll into the lot and see a half-dozen rotting cars or campers that haven’t moved from their parking spots since the Reagan administration.”
