Always been a fan of GetGo’s. Today, I was a little put off by how dirty the keypad was at the gas pump. I find it easier to type in my phone number to pull up my account. It grossed me out to have to touch that keypad. I’ve been noticing this quite a bit lately. Thought I would take a picture for some feedback.

Why do we have to ask for cup and lid when they just turn around with their dirty gloves on, touch your cup and lid and hand it to you? How is this any more sanitary than of I go grab a cup off the stack myself?

This get go is the most welcoming gas station I have ever been too. I love their slushees. The staff is so kind and the cashier Rene always strikes up conversation and puts a smile on my face. Recommend to anyone looking for a regular gas station to go to in the carmel area.

Membership card didn’t work at the pump, cashier said there was nothing wrong with the card but with the reader. Prepaid but wouldn’t honor the member’s price.

Ever since this became get go from Ricker's the credit card machines don't work outside. For the last 4 weeks when I go inside the same guy is working who is nice and says the same answer which is \"we have a company that fixes that\" and then he apologizes. ***Management Team get your machines fixed
