AJ was really helpful and spent a lot of time making sure that the boots fit perfectly. He took precise measurements and made a great suggestion to add a better insert that made the boots fit exactly as needed. He also offered to send the the original boots back in to have new eyelets and new inserts added to the old boots. Great experience and would HIGHLY recommend AJ to anyone looking for RedWing boots.

Had a great experience at this Red Wing location today. I was in for some new work boots and I believe the guy Name Was Ben not really sure but the customer service experience I received was top tear and I would recommend this location for all your work boots needs great job well done.
