Dealt with Randy's Toy Shop for a repair on an antique Hap Hazard astronaut toy from the 60's. Randy was remarkably easy to work with and the repaired toy was professionally packaged for the return. Two thumbs up!

RANDYS TOY STORE ... BEWARE! This is neither an ethical nor a professional business operation. A few years ago I entrusted them with fixing the windup mechanism of my favorite toy, the Marx 1950s Flash Gordon Fighter Rocket. I gave the toy to the shop with the lithography in perfect condition and the body intact, and got it back with a big, glaring scratch on the underside, with a small dent below one of the wings, and with most of the joining tabs broken off and glued back on. The mechanism was not fixed, as requested.. They offered to repair the damage but the trust was no longer there. I mean, who puts a big scratch and a dent in a toy and then just gives it back as is? More recently, I was promised two windup keys for a toy I have, and paid for it, but only received one. If they are going to change the agreement, at least tell me about it first.

Randy's Toy Shop, is a business, where you can't help but feel like a kid again, when you walk in. The knowledgeable staff and management team are there to help you with all your toy repair and purchase needs. I hope this was helpful!

This past weekend I made my trek to the absolutely beautiful town of Noblesville, Indiana to visit Randy’s Toy Shop. The drive was over six hours but so worth it. If you are a vintage toy lover it doesnt get any better than Randy’s. Heather and her brother are two of the nicest people you will ever meet and they take the time to talk toys with you. I bought some wonderful toys during my visit. We finished the day around the court square which looks like a town off the Hallmark channel. I definitely recommend you make time and head to Rand’s Toy Shop. You’ll be glad you did.

The true test of a company's integrity is when there is a problem.: I recently had some wind-up toys repaired ; unfortunately when returned one was not working as well as it should have. I contacted Randy's and explained my problem. They agreed to do what was needed to fix the problem. Long story short: They repaired the toy and paid for return postage and it worked perfectly. TADAH!

I’ve been buying toys from Randy’s for several years. they stand behind their toys and always fulfill on their promises. all toys arrive as good or better then described. Just a bad deal..... "Randy" is out of the business, despite all email correspondence being signed "Randy". Just please do not do business with this place, I did, and will never do it again. Poor workmanship, TERRIBLE shipping (DO NOT LET THEM SHIP YOUR PRODUCT), TERRIBLE communication (I have ALL the emails to prove this). I literally had to HAND HOLD them through the restoration the second time for a "B-" quality job at best. At least you have been warned by someone with actual EXPERIENCE with this place. Again, don't waste your time with this place.

Randy and his team did a great job repairing two paper squeaker bellows. Quick to respond, and the work was done faster than expected. It's hard to find toy repair shops, I'll definitely use them again if needed!
