My grandfather is a retired Veteran who speaks highly of his recent visit to this store. He mentioned that " a smart and very lovely young lady" helped him every step of the way. Her name is Roxana. She went above and beyond to help him even outside of her area and we will never forget. Instead of brushing him off like most employees she decided to help. I appreciate that very much. Will definitely be back. Highly recommend. He was building a deck and needed quite a bit of material. Price good. Quality of materials are excellent. Clean store. Safe environment.

While I appreciate the eagerness, self checkout is self checkout. I don't want someone picking up all my stuff and scanning it. If you ask them to stop, they appear "offended".

Five stars for Sir Charles who helped to find parts of the tv stand we got! We have missing parts of it and couldn't figure what was it

horrible management. very inconsiderate and rude. employees are rude to other employees, very not careful with orders. one employee was trying her best as she was the only one up there and got yelled at by a manager to do something else as she was in the middle of something. awful. felt so bad for her.

‼‼‼DO NOT BUY YOUR APPLIANCES FROM HERE. I just purchased a home in the area and went to Home Depot to buy a washer and dryer. I bought a Samsung washer and dryer. It was delivered about a week later, no problem there. After the equipments was installed the delivery guy told me that he is going it leave the washer running and after it was done then it's okay to start using . He didn't leave any instructions for the dryer so silly me I thought all was well. Three days later I decided to do some laundry , the auto dispenser doesn't work in the washer and the dryer was making a horrible grinding sound. I immediately powered off the dryer because the noise it was making was not normal . I called Home Depot and the gentle man in the appliance department kept giving me The run around and stated that since it was passed the 48hrs they can't do anything about it . I spoke to a manager on duty who assisted with getting an install tech out to my home to check the unit. The tech came two days later and recorded the noise and said something is definitely wrong and he will report back to the warehouse and let them know so this way I can' get a new unit possible on Thursday 8th DEC. Thursday passed I didn't receive any phone calls so I called the appliance department to which then gentleman who answered the phone stated he didn't see any notes in the system min regards to me getting a new dryer. I requested again to speak to a manager , his name was CAMERON , he was not helpful all and told me I needed to contact Samsung because they don't take appliances back and that they will not exchange the dryer , even though it was them that sold me a unit that wasn't any good. This purchase was done November 26th 2022 and here we are Dec 11th 2022 and still no dryer . I am getting the run around from both SAMSUNG AND HOME DEPOT . Samsung Doesn't want to replace it because they are blaming Home Depot and Home Depot is blaming Samsung and I'm here as the customer stuck with a broken dryer I paid almost $900 for.

No matter which location we shop, the service is second to none. Every employee greets us warmly and offers any assistance we may need. With a sincere smile. Great product selection and very competitive prices. Just bought an artificial Christmas tree and were given our veteran discount without knowing one was offered. Customer First personified!

I had an interesting experience while I was in Hamilton County during the first evening of my 2022 Tenderness Tour event. I was staying at a nearby Fairfield Inn when I got to my room and realized that my charging cable for my phone was not compatible with the outlet provided by the hotel. After brainstorming with a hotel employee, I began exploring options for obtaining a charging block nearby. While Noblesville isn't exactly a small town, it's also not quite a large city and the idea of finding this type of item after 8pm on a Thursday wasn't looking promising. The first place recommended was this nearby Home Depot. It was across the parking lot, however, close enough I could reach it by wheelchair. I learned they were open until 10pm and headed over. I arrived and went through their automatic doors (I always appreciate this feature). I was greeted enthusiastically by two female employees - sadly, I never got their name. They could tell, I think, that I was looking around specifically. I had a very specific need and tried to explain it. I'm not the best in terms of technology and I doubt I used the right language. Both instantly went to problem solving after I explained that I was stranded on a fundraising event and traveling by wheelchair. They got me to the right area for the item that I needed. They went through all the options, though it was appearing that they wouldn't end up having what I needed. They even opened up one box as it looked like it might work (but didn't). These two spent several minutes with me trying to resolve my problem. One even wished she could drive over to Best Buy for me when it was obvious they didn't have the item needed (Of course, she couldn't since she was working and she didn't BUT she did look and learned Best Buy was closed). They finally steered me toward Speedway across the parking lot. I went across the parking lot and it appeared Speedway might have it, though I wasn't quite certain. Interestingly enough, in came a young man in his Home Depot uniform who heard my dilemma and immediately offered two solutions: 1) He had an extra cable that would convert my phone to having a cable that would work with the hotel's option. He assured me that while Apple used a different type, they were both perfectly compatible. He even gave me that extra cable and assured me he had more himself. 2) He also assured me that the brick Speedway was selling would be compatible. It was more expensive, of course, considering its location but it would also solve my problem. The offered cable was accepted. The brick was purchased (and later utilized when I stayed at a retreat center that had no wifi connections). What could have been an emergency being a person with a disability traveling on the roads with no way to contact anyway became, instead, a neat little customer service experience here with Home Depot and three employees who went out of the way to help out someone traveling through. While I do wish, to be honest, that the initial employees had known that one of their cables would have, in fact, worked, a minor knowledge deficit can't overcome the generosity of spirit and customer service that I received when I needed it most. Bravo, Home Depot.

Noblesville Home Depot is awesome!!! I purchased a high demand Black Friday item a few days ago and it was to be delivered today. Turned out it was no longer available even after I had already paid for it. They gave us a much better item for the same price and were very apologetic. I understand things happen and it can be very frustrating. Home Depot manager right away said give me a minute to see what I can find for you and he did. Thank you for excellent customer service

This is a review specifically for the garden center during a brief visit. After visiting Noblesville for the Peony Fest, I was on the hunt for a few color varieties of peonies. This garden center is quite large and everything appeared to be well maintained. Prices seemed a bit higher than what I've seen at Menards for veggies specifically. Unfortunately, they didn't have peonies but I'm guessing I was too late in the season. It also didn't seem like they had a marked clearance plant section (ya know, the plants that look nearly dead but are way cheaper...those are my favorites ;). Overall, a speedy but pleasant experience.

I usually don't shop at Home Depot but I saw that they had Christmas tree collars ( a new substitute for tree skirts). I've seen them on Pinterest and wanted to use them for my trees this year. I stopped by and found some great selections. I traveled there to get the metal one but they were all out. The staff tried to assist me in locating one but they were out of stock. I ended up getting a vintage wicker one for my tree. It was on sale and worked with my decor perfectly! I must say the staff at this location was kind and helpful. It's great to experience great customer service during covid and this time of year when it seems to be a rare occurrence.

We are more than livid about their delivery. The delivery company that was to deliver our refrigerator walks in and states they tried to call our phone number but it said it was out of order. It wasn't. They then told us we have been removed from the delivery list for the day (mind you they had our refrigerator on their truck). We call customer service who calls the delivery company. One hour 15 minutes later even their customer service couldn't get an answer. They gave me the direct phone number for the delivery company out of Indpls. She stated only that their supervisor advised them to come back here and deliver the appliance. It is now 4 hours later and still no delivery. I'm betting we won't hear anything from any of them. We had to wait 4 weeks for this and now due to their error, we will have to wait even longer. UPDATE: 10 hours later, no appliance. Their delivery company lied again. The delivery company is XPO Logistics Last Mile. Still waiting...

JT. &. Brandon. Home Depot in Noblesville is amazing. Helpful people EVERYWHERE you turn! We came late Monday night to pick up a gas grill .... and the one we wanted was a floor display.... no box... Upon request Brandon agreed to help package it securely. With JT's help they packaged it onto a skid & Then Loaded into our truck! They made it EZ to make the right purchase for us! All the time with a smile in their eyes! We will be back to THIS HOME DEPOT! Thank you!
