Staff really care about patients and strive to meet all needs. Food is much better than a lot of facilities I know. The therapy team works with you to maximize your time. I feel that this place is one of the best buildings in Hamilton county, definitely recommend it.

We are so thankful for the amazing people at Prairie Lakes. Every single person, from leadership, to healthcare providers, to the dining team, and on have been truly caring and involved with the residents. The team on my mom's wing are all angels!

Terrible place for your family member. They lie about everything. Short staffed especially during the night hour's. I'd never recommend this place.
