If I could give negative stars I would. What a bunch of jerks that work at this branch. Would not even deposit 5 dollars in quarters for me because they weren't in a rolled up....you can't roll 5 dollars in quarters.

Bureaucratic, unprofessional and rude, lacking basic understanding of how their corporate functions, threatened to close my deceased grandmother’s account over not talking to a case manager even though case managers wouldn’t answer. Transferred these accounts to a family member without consent. Don’t trust banks at all, but especially these manipulative clowns.

Absolutely terrible experience. Tellers are rude. The teller I had was going to assist another customer at the same time as she was helping me. Terrible customer service! After being a PNC customer for over 20 years, I'm seriously thinking about changing bank institutions.

Staff always tell you, "Oh you know you can do this at an ATM right?" Yeah but I don't really want to deposit $1,000 into an ATM. They told me I would receive my approval or denial of loan in the mail or email and never received either. There are many better options than PNC.

Awesome staff! Always very friendly & helpful especially Taylor, Matthew and the guy with the beard! Sorry I cant remember your name :) I come here 2-3 times a week to make deposits for my employer and always leave with a smile on my face. Love this branch!

Very rude staff, didn't want to cash my wife checks because of what my wife believes was her appearance(I think she looks great!). Had the nerve after lieing about a limit on the amount of a check they could cash(there is no limit), to try and say they didn't think there was enough money at the bank to cash them! While there was a dude depositing hundreds of dollars in cash next to her! Small bank has small minded people working there. If you have to go to PNC, go see Katie at the 146th street branch.

If you are looking for a bank do not go to this one. The tellers are rude and the other employees there, especially the bank manger are very rude and unprofessional. This is the worst experience that I have ever had with a bank. If you cannot treat the customers right, then why are you there? These people's attitude really need a makeover. I would never recommend this bank to anyone. They really SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Source from my own personal experience.
