This is a wonderful place! Great location, appropriately priced as compared to other apartments in the area. Excellent maintenance staff and management. The fitness room and the pool are always very clean and in great working order. I have spent countless hours walking around the pond and the grounds are always well taken care of. I have not seen too many complexes that have screened in balconies and I think that’s one of the things that makes this place a game changer. The new renovations set the bar higher.

I enjoyed living here for 3 years as the staff was always so helpful and the maintenance worked quickly on resolving any issues. Mike the head maintenance guy was the best one I've ever compared to any others. Great place to call home and highly recommend!

Great place to live!! Haven’t had any issues here and the location of this place is great since it’s between Noblesville and Westfield everything is extremely close. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The community is great. 10/10 recommend✅
