This bank is wonderful! Audra helped me set up my secure card and she was so kind and super informative. All this money stuff is pretty new to me and I left feeling *very* confident. Thankful for their patience with me!

Been Banking with these people for over 10 years - NOT SURE WHAT HAS HAPPENED BUT THEY SUCK! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ROTATING STAFF AS OF LATE - NO CUSTOMER LOYALTIES WHATSOEVER - FIND A NEW BANK FOLKS.

Only branch I've ever had so much trouble at every time I come in to do something something changed this time even though the past 4 months I've been able to get a money order through drive thru this time they aren't allowed ever then the manager gave me a dirty look the whole time while I was getting my money order inside

This bank released my personal financial situation with someone who is NOT on my account and was doing me a favor by depositing it for me. Leslie is the teller and the asst mgr told me she was doing me a favor. We shall see if she does me anymore favors when I meet with the branch mgr tomorrow

I am a senior who is switching banks, the reason is Old National has not quite learned the service concept! They love to charge you the outrageous fees for everything they can, and state they cannot break policy for any justified reason!

Ok bank, fair customer service. Now I no longer wonder why I always seem to be the only customer in the branch, Convenient location with plenty of parking and drive thrus.
