Dr. Fleck is an exceptional veterinarian with extensive experience. He expertly weaves his knowledge of standard western practices with traditional Chinese medicine to craft the best treatment for your fur baby. The office and vet tech staff were lovely to work with. I was also shocked that my usually nervous little dog was so calm after being treated in the back. It was a routine checkup and I’m so happy we decided to switch to Dr. Fleck’s practice.

Found this Vet after a search to relive pain for my elder dog. It took a month to get in, but I held hope my dog would leave with some relief.
After checkin we waited 30min to be taken back to a room ( btw who has carpet in vet clinic exam rooms?!!). We sat , unchecked and seemingly unnoticed for 20 more minutes. No one spoke to us after checkin.
I could hear vet in room behind me as walls are paper thin. He'd finished w other person and their dog and then he and an employee spoke of schedules and the like. When it was 50 minutes past my appt time I decided to leave. If they have that little respect for my time or compassion for my dog's pain, it's not a place I will patronize.
After this and the other negative reviews posted, I question the legitimacy of the glowing reviews .

I don’t understand why I had a confirmed appointment and still had to wait 40 minutes to be seen. I ended up leaving and my dog was never seen. Considering I came during the workday, this was a huge inconvenience.

Great place to go for veterinarian services. The staff is very polite and friendly. My biggest con for Noblesville Veterinary Clinic is that it feels rushed when the veterinarian is actually in the room. They are in and out so quick and we have yet to be asked if we need flee and tick medicines and had to request blood work for our 13 year old dog. Love the staff but would love a little more feeling like family.

I have used Dr. Fleck for the PRP procedure on 2 of my whippet. This treatment is the greatest thing for my whippet joints. They went from acting like 10 year old dogs to 2 year old pups. It is life changing. I can not say enough positive about this treatment. And the cost was a fraction of a fraction of what knee surgery was being quoted to me

Amazing. Everything I could ever want in a vet visit. My wife and I have been through several for our pets, and our Golden Ellie has been through a lot to find the perfect vet, this is the one! We could not be more thankful for everyone here providing care, their kindness is still so refreshing every time we come in for an appointment! Worried about cost? Do not be, this clinic is the most fairly priced within 100 miles of the area, and the amount and quality of care they provide is next to none. Thank you Dr. Fleck and all staff!

My dog had a spine injury in which he couldn't use his two back legs. Previous vets just said it was a "slipped disc and just to let him rest and it will go away on its own" (X-rays were not done). This made no sense to me.I took him to Dr. Fleck, X-rays were done and he found several things were going on with my fur baby. Dr. Fleck helped with this spine injury and we continued to go for maintenance. I saw improvement even after his injury! His movement/jumps got better which is something my dog struggled with. Sadly, we moved out of state but I'm glad I found Dr.Fleck and wish we were still able to go to him.
