“I had a rare network type issue with my phone and I had a team of people working on it for at least a couple hours while in the store. They finally got me a ticket in the network back office while passing through all the troubleshooting that really needed advanced technical surgery to get this issue fixed. I am a person that loves persistence and this was a very persistent team and I am more than appreciative of that. Thanks to Gideon who got things started in the beginning.”

“I came in yesterday (Saturday) and didn’t have to wait at all. I knew I wanted to leave T-Mobile since my contract was up, Aaron helped get me set up with a new plan and a new phone! Normally I would dread going to a phone store and doing this because it seems like it always takes 2+ hours. But, Aaron made this as painless as possible and was so knowledgeable about the products and services. I also ended up treating myself to an iPad! Have had cricket for 9 years except 1 month I switched to Xfinity for a “trial”. I work in home health and travel all over. Lost signal tons and switched right back!”

“Anthony is fantastic. He is doing the best he can to fix my problem. He can only do so much as the original store I purchased from did not give me my 200 dollar gift card or the discount on my plan for a trade in.
The original location I purchased at said that I would get 800 dollars for my phone trade in. They received the phone and they still have not given me the proper discount. I have spoken with corporate and this store and they told me almost a month ago that this would be taken care of....said they took notes and sent me to three different stores assuring me that one of them will take care of it. They were not honest. Nothing was fixed. I have been paying more then I should. False advertisement and they have my old phone and claim they don't. So far... Awful experience. They have my property and did not give me the discount they promised in return. I've called too many times and the actual store never gets back to me. I've been in there in person and they assured me they needed to fix the mistake but haven't.”
