This place is one stop for all your home improvement needs. Sometimes the things here overpriced than Walmart. But products like paint, tiles, granites, home appliances are affordable with hood quality. Staffs here are very polite and friendly they assist you with the knowledge about the questions home improvements you have for them. They have plenty of varieties of indoor and outdoor plants which is my favorite part of the store.

I had an appendectomy two weeks ago and couldn't load the stuff I was buying. I did curbside pickup and the employee was very courteous and cheerful. He had no issue with loading my stuff for me.

We bought a fridge from Lowes in February. The installers broke the water line valve that connects to the fridge and since then we observed the fridge and freezer warming up to unsafe temperatures on two separate occasions, resulting in the spoilage of hundreds of dollars’ worth of food. When we went to the store to complain in person, the appliances' section manager told us to buy another fridge and said we would have to get a return authorization from the manufacturer to get our money back. Absolute joke of customer service. Repeated attempts to contact Lowe's via email, phone calls, and their website have left the issue unresolved.
We've filed a Better Business Bureau complaint and may have to go to small claims court to get a refund for the defective fridge and our water line valve repaired.

I dropped by Lowe’s hoping to tackle my next DIY project and maybe even pick up a house plant that didn’t look like it’d just lost a staring contest with a rock. While the store is stocked with enough tools to build a time machine (or at least a really sturdy birdhouse), finding an actual human to help felt like trying to locate Bigfoot. I wandered the aisles like a lost DIY Indiana Jones—every so often, I half-expected an employee to pop out from behind a pallet of lumber and say, “Surprise! Need help?”
Then came the house plant section. I was on a quest for a leafy companion to brighten up my living room, only to find a collection of plants that looked about as enthusiastic as a sloth on a Monday. Even a cactus with a top hat would have brought more cheer.
Despite the hide-and-seek vibe and the botanical blues, I still scored what I needed and had a few good laughs along the way. Four stars for Lowe’s: just enough charm (and mystery) to keep your DIY adventures interesting, even if you end up chatting with a wilting fern for company.

We were greeted when we approached the Christmas decorations and helped to locate the item of interest.
2/18/25 Needed water softener salt. Was greeted at the self checkout, and the employee entered my purchase. I swiped my card and picked up the salt on my way out. Again excellent customer service.

We bought a brand new oven from them and it has constantly made our house smell like gas. We had an electrician come out twice, the gas company come out and a GE representative come out. All three said they smelled gas and that it was the oven. I called lowe’s, and they did not care about our 8 week old baby breathing in the air constantly. Something is clearly wrong with the oven and lowe’s doesn’t care. As newlyweds we couldn’t afford the protection plan but never did we think we’d be breathing in gas everyday from a BRAND NEW oven

I had a bad experience with a new appliance purchase at the store. It was a high dollar washing machine. At first it appeared that neither the store or Maytag were going to even try to make it right. I finally got to talk with the store manager who in short order made it all right. I've made multiple purchases since and have been completely satisfied with this store.

Be careful that this location would change its policies locally. This Lowe’s is doing something that not all stores are participating in across the country. Black and White pieces of paper not on Corporate Logo Material.
