I spend at least 10.000K a year at this place and went in today for a gallon of paint and the sales person could not have been any nastier .Stay away from the younger foreign looking guy he's very unpleasant to deal with!!! Just a heads up folks.I won't be back!

The store manager "John" is an incompetent boob who does not know how to input a CVV #. Customer Service is unwilling to do their job and instead decides to make fun of customers who need help. After looking at reviews for this place, it needs new management and customer service!.

Horrible customer service!!!!! Ordered a clothes dryer to be delivered. Day of delivery the delivery team dropped it off and never checked to see if would run okay which it didn't. They left before we had a chance to turn it on so we found out it was defective and shook so bad it couldn't be used. Called delivery and they said by policy they would call us back within 24 hours to discuss rescheduling the replacement???? Not sure why at 11:00 am on a Thursday they couldn't reschedule a new one for Friday but they have some crazy policy saying they can't. The next day no call so at 2:00pm I called the number again... put on hold for 30 minutes before being disconnected. Called the store (Lowe's in Noblesville In) and they sent delivery an email and transferred my call to delivery where my call became disconnected. Decided to go discuss the issue in person and was told by an assistant manager that by POLICY he has done all he can do. I asked to talk to the Store Manager at Lowe's in Noblesville and was told at 2:00pm on a Friday he was not available and the best I can do is talk to an assistant manager who has already told me he could not help me. I called the company complaint number and talked to a very nice woman who suggested she call delivery for me and when they answered she would bring me into the call.... 20 minutes later she came back on and stated she got disconnected and wanted to know if I wanted her to try again. I asked if there was a way to have a district manager or regional manager call me... but POLICY they don't have that information to give out????? Bottom line they have my money and we still don't have a dryer. Shame on you Noblesville Lowe's for horrible customer service. My POLICY will be to tell my story to everyone I can.

We went to lowe's for bricks for our front flowerbed. Im in my mid 60s and my husband is in his 70s. I asked an employee where the bricks were and they pointed in a general direction and said, "theyre over there somewhere." They didnt even offer to help with putting them in out cart or anything. My husband has a bad back and we wouldve greatly appreciated some help. Then we were at the cash register, this bigger woman and her husband came the the register abd the woman started introducing her husband to our cashier as we were checking out. Very rude to not wait until we were checked out. Then several employees who were standing around talking to each other, didnt offer to help us put the bricks in the back of our car and my husband obviously struggling. All in all we will never come back to lowe unless we absolutely have to, and we would rather go to home depot before ever going to lowes again.

Customer Service ... 5 Stars! We ordered a grill online- free shipping! Yay! Tracking was spot on! The delivery driver called to say he was 10-15 min out. And he was. He wheeled the grill into our garage and we gave him a nice tip. But the saga continues... and gets even better! When we opened the box it was clear it was repackaged... styrofoam was broken up, boxes retaped, scratches and dents on grill... we called Lowe's Customer Service and the woman took our info and said someone would call us back within 24 hours. Yea, right... we thought!! Sure enough, they called us the next morning, well within the 24 hours, on a Sunday no less. She asked which day was good for us for another delivery. She followed up with: we didn't need to repack anything, the driver would take care of it! Two days later, another phone call - 20 min out - so appreciated! Box delivered and opened- no broken styrofoam and everything intact. Another two days and we're outside grilling on it! Thank you Lowe's!

We came in looking for a ring camera with spot light, we had found this yesterday at Greenwood lowes and decided today to purchase it. Happen to be in the area of the Noblesville lowes decided to stop in and just go ahead and get it. Found it but noticed it was 50 bucks more than the one in Greenwood. So we went ahead and took the info to the register, the cashier informed us we needed to go to customer service. So we did, we were greeted by Cindy, she informed us because of the difference in the area things wouldn't always be the same and they could not honor the picture of the other one from Greenwood to prove the difference. However she could honor a price change if it came from another source ( not specifics on what stores). We walked away from the service desk found an even cheaper camera price for 149.99 and even the ring web site had them for 169.99. So we go back to the desk. I show her my phone and say we would like to purchase it and for this price. Which interrupts her Facebook scrolling and she rudely responds with I have to look up to see if we even honor that companies pricing. We then stated even if that company wasn't on there multiple other companies have the camera for 199.99. She then takes the paper and says again very rudely I have to see if we even have this. Paper in hand rolls her eyes turns around goes to look then proceeds to come back with a black one. We wanted white which is what we gave her the paper for and we had previously stated. If Cindy's life long profession is going to be customer service I'd highly suggest going back to training. Never once in the multiple years of boating lowes at this location and several others have I have this rude and disrespectful attempt at customer service. Needless to say we will not only not be returning but also canceling our credit cards through here as well.

I am appreciative of Lowes offering a military discount however it has taken forever getting staff to provide assistance moving heavy product from lumber area to my daughters truck parked near the store entrance.

This is one of the only Lowe's in Hamilton County that consistently has the products that I want in stock when I need them. So even though it's a little bit of a trek for me to go so far north, I don't mind because they usually have what I need. On my last visit, I placed an order online for in-store pickup, and I got a notification 5 minutes later that my item was ready to be picked up. Sweet! Then, when I went to pick up my item (a faucet) at the store, I just walked right up to customer service, showed them my email, and I was out of the store less than two minutes later. So easy. The person that I interacted with the last time I was there was super friendly, too, which was a bonus. If you're in a hurry, I highly recommend buying your item online and choosing in-store pickup, especially if you're picking up at this store. They have that system down to a science, and you'll be in and out quickly like I was.

As I pulled into the parking lot of Lowe's, there were plenty of parking with parking for people with disabilities. As I entered the store, the isles were generously spaced apart. The store is extremely large, there were signs over every isle listing the productin the isle. A Lowe's representative assisted me finding what I was looking for. Check out was fast and easy. Oh, at checkout they offer military discount to honor Veterans. Lowe's has earned their five star review!

I was in need of a piece of carpet for my house went to this store, talked with some employees about it, they just ignored me, just one female employee helped me after 45 minutes waiting, then she couldn't get the carpet for me because they need 2 people to operate the machine and there's nobody else. Attention in this store is terrible.

appliance delivery nightmare. delivered washing machine to my living room. couldn't install. they said we had to change the valves. then call back and they could come out next day. valvles changed 3 hours later. called back....nothing. next day called everyone at the store, distribution center, and delivery company. following day started calling again. finally got a call back and the best they can do is two more days away on Sunday. I informed them that this was unacceptable. that I would put it in the back of my truck and take it to the store. Absolute nightmare.

My son and I were looking for legs for a dresser he was redoing. We found 3 of the 4 legs, and asked for help because there was a lot of overstock on a high shelf. The gentleman who helped us, Tony, was extremely friendly and helpful! He got the lift and looked through the boxes until he found what we were looking for. He made our day! Not only finding what we needed, but his kindness and sense of humor brightened our day! I can tell Tony loves his job! It is now our favorite Lowes. Thank you Tony!

If you cannot easily walk it back in to return it (such as if they delivered or installed it), you probably should not be buying it from a place like Lowe's - at least not from this location.
