Long story, but the short one: the After Hours Emergency Number is a "Leave a message recording". I called it Saturday evening and Sunday morning; left 2 messages. I was called on Monday during business hours after I had already taken my recently neutered cat to my vet with a fever, dehydration, inflammation, and possible infection.

Not one to do reviews but NEEDED to leave one. Yes morning of surgery day was chaotic and loud but the staff handled it beyond efficiently. My pup gets very nervous and I have had to muzzle her every vet trip even had vets act intimidated of her despite being muzzled. While to be safe I did muzzle her so they could take her back when I picked her up, I saw something I’d never seen. Staff walking and petting my dog who was NOT muzzled. It brought tears to my eyes. I probably asked a million questions as I’m young and want the best for my baby. They didn’t once make me feel stupid or like I was a bother for asking so many questions after a busy day. I know this is a long review but thank you noblesville low cost for putting my dog mom heart at ease and treating my pups how you guys did. Willow and I appreciate ALL of you !

The staff was nice and polite. They are good care of the animals that come to the clinic. To get your animals spayed and neuter, it is from 7 am. The pick-up time is 5:15 pm

Shots were 1/5th of what it would cost at our vet in town. The Saturday first come service was the best solution for us to get our 2 dogs done.

We have had both our cats spayed here and can’t talk highly enough about their services. The prices are as reasonable as could be.

I had a mixed experience. Overall, it's great to have a low cost option for such essential services. I was able to get two male cats neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated for just under $250. It would've been much more expensive at my regular vet. I know a lot of the staff really care and try to make the experience as seamless as possible too.
I had a few issues with service delivery though. When I first scheduled my appointment, I was told that my cats had to be in carriers with two doors. I later called back to confirm and someone else told me that wasn't necessary.
On the day of, the lobby was crowded and noisy while people got their animals checked in. Most of the vet techs understand they had to tell the pets names so the owners could hear. One of the vet techs barely raised her voice, and she got frustrated when people wouldn't answer (because they couldn't hear her).
When a vet tech came to get my cats, one of their names was misspelled and she kept saying the wrong name even though I repeatedly corrected her. I had to shower her his rabies vaccine with his proper name, and she said "who's that?"
I got a text saying I could pick my cats up and hour early. At pick up, I was told one of my cats had a small accident but they'd cleaned him up as best they could. I said that was fine thinking maybe he peed a little. When I got in my car, I could smell VERY stinky poo. Got home and took him out of his carrier, and his whole underside and backside were covered in smeared brown stain and even some chunks of poo. I had to lock him in the bathroom and wash him which only scared him more.
I know it's a VERY busy clinic and you're not necessarily paying for the same kind of individualized care that you'd get from your regular vet, but attention to detail and making patients feel prioritized is still important.
