Christianna made this a terrible expeience for me. I have been coming to la fitness with my wife for 10 years and because we are black she decided to check our credentials and double check my wifes. She singled us out to make sure that we were memebers he at LA fitnees and i think corperate should look into this.

If I could give this gym negative stars, I would. I went in to attempt to work out with a free three day guest pass. I spoke to Christianna, and she would not give me a free pass to workout, she said they only give free passes to people who are going to get a membership. This is false advertisement. Every single time I go into this gym I feel like somebody is trying to scam me. I wouldn’t go to this gym if it was the only one in town, I will only be going to planet fitness from now on! Don’t waste your time!

Clean facilities, friendly staff, and helpful classes.
Update: Facilities have really gone downhill. Place is still clean but equipment is slow to get maintenance.

Used to work out at LA for 1 yr and just canceled the membership card because bad service and the new manager she has a DISRESPECTFUL attitude towards guests. In my opinion, SHOULD NOT GO TO LA FITNESS. You can definitely find a better gym place w a cheaper price and be treated in a FRIENDLY and RESPECTFUL manner.

Since the new manager started working there, working out has been a breeze! Gym is cleaner, there’s no ruckus from the basketball court because there are rules that prevent kids from just bouncing balls outside of the court, and they’re honest about the lost & found which is a huge plus because most gyms would lie and say they didn’t have your lost headphones but not here. It’s refreshing!

Used to come to this gym 10 years ago and it was really nice. Moved back to the area and wanted to get a membership somewhere but going to have to hard pass on LA based on these reviews. Yikes!! Just wanted to leave a review to let you all know that people do read them before deciding to hand over hard earned money. ✌?

This gym is so clean. You always see somebody cleaning. The pool and and sauna are great. Just a super gym

Worse gym to get a membership not even worth a pass disgusting mens restroom made me want to throw up asked the guy in front General Manager he said I’m in sales I don’t know that lololol your a GM buddy then went back to eating his food got to ride the bike and watch him chew with his mouth open absolutely no customer service but want my money STAY AWAY people

Not clean, pool is gross. Management said they try and have someone clean once a week in the pool area. When they "clean" they walk around with a spray bottle, turn around in 3 circles and call it good.

This is the best LA Fitness in the area.
They have more dumbbells than Westfield, Fishers and Zionsville. They have 1/2 weight dumbbells - 20lbs, 22.5lbs, 25lbs, 27.5lbs, ...
Excellent group instructors and a great number of benches and other equipment. I use all of the local LA Fitness gyms and this is my favorite.
Plus. They have very hot water for showers. Westfield has hot water. Zionsvilles hot water is lukewarm at best - miserable.

LA Fitness is a scam. Once you try to cancel they make it impossible and refuse to acknowledge cancellation. Had to file through AGs office and BBB.
