I have to go here daily to drop deposits off for my job, and not only are they so slow... I come through the drive through and literally wait almost 20 min before anyone even acknowledges that I am there. It's every single time. I dont know the guys name but he is extremely slow and rude. There is no reason for it to take this long when I'm the only one out here.

Poor Customer Service. You get your work done and get extra taunts from the employees and managers at this branch. Sorry I have to go other places and sorry I don't have time to chit chat like you guys. I am not low on patience, but I am low on valuable time wasted at the branch.

Trash! This is the worst bank ever. Their customer service is atrocious. They play games with deposits and holds (this branch puts a hold on a check, but if I take it to another branch there is no hold). The manager here should be let go...she is awful. A large rock would provide better service! Their mobile app looks and functions like it was built in the 90s.

I have been a key bank member for years. I have a good standing with them. For some reason, every person I have ever dealt with here acts like they are put out or just plain rude. I will try and be careful with my next point. I also feel like I am treated differently because of the way I look. I am not in a suit and not "other" things. I have a good amount of money in my account but yet they have given me a hard time about certain transactions. Anyways, I don't want to out right say anything, so I'll just say this....avoid this branch.

Laurie the branch manager is simply the best. I switched my accounts to Key Bank because of her and the outstanding customer service she provides. As long as she is there, Key has my business!
