I came in the store to return several window treatments that I didn’t have a receipt for all of what I was returning, I did place some online.
Josie was so nice and patient about doing the return which took about 20 minutes. I was very appreciative of her attitude and ability to make it happen. Great customer service!!!! ?

The store itself was clean. How the dressing rooms were not, trash on floor hangers on floor no staff members were even monitoring the area as well ?

Great place to shop. I like JCPENNEY, they have lots of stuff I wear. The place is clean and well organized. I hope they will be there forever.

I just waited over half an hour for a curbside pickup that no one knew where it was but yet it was ready for pickup. The reason I do pickup is for the convenience but I guess not today. Screaming baby and cold pizza had to wait as well thanks a bunch.

Franking if I could do no stars that would be my rating. I went to the store at Hamilton Town Center today to do a return. A clerk at the men’s counter ( where returns are now being handled) was so rude I do a lot of online shopping , especially for Christmas, but if this is how I will be treated when returning an item , my days of shopping at JCPenney are done. I will do my shopping at kohls from now on. Much better service!

We came in the store to make a purchase for curtains. The ladies who helped us, Mary, Kim and Gina were such a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and that we received all the discounts and promotions that JC Penny’s was offering. They deserve more than a pat on the back! Thank you ladies!
