Had an amazing experience from start to finish with Joe Meanor. We chose to build a 24 Traverse Z71 to get exactly what we wanted and Joe did not pressure or push and simply gave us our options and made sure we felt comfortable with the process each step of the way. He kept us updated on the build date and delivery, let us test drive it several times once it came in to make sure we didn’t have any last minute concerns, and stayed in touch through calls and texts to answer every last question we had. After a previous bad car buying experience at a different dealership years ago, Joe restored our faith that there is such a thing as an honest car salesman. Thank you so much Joe and Hare Chevrolet.

Reneau Simpson @ Hare Chevy is "The Best." My car broke down in Kentucky while traveling home to Tennessee. My daughter Heather came and rescued me. We towed my broken down on a tow-dolly back to Indiana and arrived at Hare Chevy. Reneau was waiting for us and has several options for us to choose from. From the sales w/ Mr. Reneau Simpson & helping me obtain a GM Family Discount to the finance w/ Mr. Dan Sung and everyone to get vehicle ready for my road trip home. They bend over backward to make it as smooth as possible. Settled on and left with 2025 Chevy Trax. Mr. Reneau Simpson even helped offload my broken down trade-in.
They are Simply The Best.

Make a service appointment. They send me notification after 1 hour and 20 minutes, that I need additional work done. I had to go find my service person. Asked for the alignment to be done ? Told me an additional hour wait. Will not be using Hare for service any more.

The dealership had a different feel from the beginning. From the moment I was welcomed by Grant Davis I knew that I was going to have a good experience. Though I decided ultimately to purchase a car from a different dealership this dealership was classy all the way through. Grant was not pushy, he listened and didn’t talk over me. He told me the benefits of his product without bashing the competition and showed me exactly what work was put into it to get it up to snuff for the customer. I would recommend this dealership for your next car, even though it came in a close second due to an exact match of what I was looking for at a different dealership.
