This location is not as good since they changed out the entire staff a couple of months back. Not nearly as friendly as the old staff and not as good IMO. Also they have been steadily increasing their prices and doing less coupons and sales then they have in the past. I have been going to Great Clips for at least 15 years and this one specificly for 7+ years. Please bring back the prepaid cards where cuts were only $10.99 each. I used to buy an entire years worth every November when they came out and this location ceased doing these the past couple of years.

Char is amazing. She's the best thing since slice bread! Only reason I keep going back to this Great Clips is because of Char. She's polite, professional, great personality, and amazing at keeping up conversations. Please give her a raise! Keep it up guys.

I went into this location today with my three kiddos. Upon entering stylist seemed rushed and rude with the way she spoke to me. Upon getting the kids checked in, the stylist took one of my kids back and asked me what I was looking for. I explained I wanted a simple cleanup and trim. She acknowledged this and began to cut my son's hair. Once she was completed, I went over to check the work done. The hair was uneven and an utter mess, so to avoid causing any issues, I asked if she could cut his hair shorter, which my child did not want. Upon this request, the stylist spoke to me in an unprofessional tone stating, “That’s not what you requested” “This would be a completely different cut.” Needless to say, she cut his hair shorter overall but made a complete murder scene of my child's neckline, leaving red marks, scrapes, and even hair left behind where she had already cut. I am absolutely displeased with this interaction and left after paying for my son's haircut will take my daughters elsewhere and my son as he needs to get his hair recorrected.
