I was checked out by a very rude man today. When I approached the counter he did not acknowledge me at all. No words, he just stared at me as I put my items on the counter. What happened to “hello” “how are you” any kind of legitimate greeting would have been amazing. When he handed me my bag I said thank you and his response was “mhm”. You can’t even conjure up a you’re welcome? This world is SO sad these days. I realize your job sucks dude but that’s not our fault! Don’t take it out on me. People like that need to be fired or put in the back so they don’t have to speak to anyone.

I was absolutely shocked to see books are now "as marked" instead of the normal set prices they've been forever. Price gouging has become a trend at this store. Items that we're once .99 cents are now 3 and 4 dollars. Jeans are ridiculous. Shoes? Absolutely outrageous.The greed needs to stop and your mission needs to be remembered.

I have normally had good experiences. Yesterday I went and found a pair of jeans that had a 99cent tag on it so I grabbed it and took it to the front to pay for it. The cashier said that cant be right and asked the cashier beside them. He said no it can't and ripped the tag off and then put a 9 dollar tag on it so I did not get the jeans.

do not donate to this store, they do not deserve your donations, donate to salvation army instead, they are an actual charity.these managers are such evil people, I worked hard there for 20 hours , for 3 days , took 2 15 minute breaks out of the 6 i deserved, the others WORKERS that did work thanked me for doing such a good job. These managers OBSERVED me working for 20 hours, continuously while they did absolutely NOTHING but yack and sit around in their comfy chairs, I am going to supeona their video surveillance to show me working for 20 hours and to show they do nothing but sit around , i sat down for a minute because my feet were hurting and they fired me, they would definitely not understand their feet hurting as they sit down half the day
