I love the clothes and they have good sales. Recently I went to shop here I didn't get no greetings and there was only one person working in the store. A girl was sitting behind the counter and talked on her phone while I was inside. It was really annoying hearing her talking so loud on her phone and listening to her conversation while I was trying to shop. I ended up leaving because it was so annoying and rude.

The associate with curly gray hair and small, framed glasses was incredibly rude both times I went here this past month. The first time I came in she made comments to her coworker about wanting to ‘get rid of us’ as fast as she could. Just now I went to return a necklace and she made a comment about how incredibly annoying it was to do because I purchased it from a different store. She then made comments about the other stores’ workers wrapped it ‘too tightly’ and made comments about the lack of work they must have to do. I love this store but if I see that she’s working I will be sure not to come in. She has made my experiences at this store very memorable, and not in a good way.

Two girls were working on a Tuesday afternoon. No one else in the store. I was never acknowledged the entire time I was shopping. Not when I entered, not when I was looking for a dressing room, and not when I left. I tried on dresses and was going to buy one but ended up leaving and not spending my money on the terrible customer service. When I was looking for dresses, the 2 girls were standing in front of the rack and never moved and just continued to talk about how they were going to dress the mannequins. Really poorly run.

I came in the store with my husband on Memorial Day, two employees had no masks on and to top it off they didn’t feel the need to greet or be helpful. I felt so uncomfortable that made my husband feel uncomfortable enough so that we got what I wanted and left. I can say I will no longer shop here anymore and I will never, ever recommend this boutique to all my boutique loving/shopping family and friends.

There was no selection at this store. Our local store closed so we drove here and couldn't find anything I was looking for.

Every time I go in there, the ladies are on their phone doing some side business or just not pleasant and not helpful. Today, they are supposed to close at 7, and we walked in and they shut the door behind us 40 minutes early and then announced they were closing in 15 minutes. Not customer service oriented at all. I’ll go to the Carmel store only now.

I was looking forward to purchasing jewelry here - Francesca’s always has the cutest items! I entered the store and the employee manning this location did not have a mask on and made no moves to put one on. That made me really uncomfortable, so I left without purchasing anything.
