Purchased 5 boxes of vinyl plank from there website. Went to pick it up and when they were putting it in my truck I noticed the boxes were marked “damaged no good planks” the lady said that is what I ordered. Who orders damaged flooring. She then says well there are 3 unopened boxes here how much do you need. I told here it’s not about what I need. I payed for 5 boxes of “usable flooring” I expect to get 5 boxes of usable flooring. What a joke. First and last time with this company.

We were very pleased with how quickly the process was to get the floor installed. On the day of instillation they ran into extra work, do to hidden floor issues, resulting in several hours of extra labor. This required the installers putting in an 11 hour day, but they did it cheerfully and cleaned up all the mess. The job was still completed on the same day. We are very happy with the finished product. This is the 2nd time we used Floors to Your Home for floor instillation, and highly recommend them.
