My first experience at this Five Below was ok. I hate walking into a store feeling unwelcome, it's just not something anyone should experience. The workers were all very young. I asked one of them about a key ring. Then I asked if she's knows what a candy tastes like? Instead of her saying yes or no, it was no conversation. Just a shoulder shrug and she went back to what she was doing. Please get someone older to manage the store. These babies do not understand customer service. The other two workers had good customer service, but need more! My recent experience was a great. The store had someone older running the store. The store is always clean and organized. I'm glad I decided to go back into the store again. The experience was so much better and everyone was helpful.

I purchased a T shirt at the 5 below in noblesville and it didn't fit,so I called to see if I could exchange it for another size. I spoke with Sophia Cenova! She helped me over the phone resolve this. She helped me find my receipt so I could exchange it! Good customer service is hard to find this day and age. She was absolutely phenomenal. She was patient,knowledgeable and kind. She definitely deserves a raise, like for real. Like I said most ppl don't even care about their jobs any more. Talking to her was so refreshing!!! She took care of everything in a timely manner and I was able to get along with the rest of my day quickly. That's priceless!! She is a Gem!!!!! The good ones do not get recognized enough!! I really hope she does! Thank you sophia!!!

Took my granddaughter in here to shop, and we got quite a few things. When we did self check out, one of the employees came over and helped bag our items.She above and beyond. Awesome customer service!

Always clean, bright, and well stocked at this five below store. Items are $5 or less and there are some great deals. Toys, games, collectibles, candy, books, clothing, household items, etc
