Came in to try to find some Nike mesh shoes and the manager (black woman) was rude. I had 2 of my dogs with me and asked if they could come in briefly because I had a question and she says “hell nawl” rudely. I then leave my dogs outside. Then I asked the associate about the shoes and show him a picture. He questions the manager about them and she responds by saying “oh, you mean those diabetic shoes”. I just walked out and went to another store. I will not be shopping here again.

Cashier: 0394229 (male) poor customer service and did not know what he was doing there was a lot of “uh’s” very unsure of his work just kinda kept saying um I’m not sure you’d have to come in…. So I had to call customer service when all he had to Do was type in the numbers from my receipt at the bottom ;) I know this because 6 years ago I worked for finish line so please train him a bit more thanks !

Sold us a defective product and refused to allow an exchange or refund (less than a week after the purchase). I feel bad for the managers as they have to enforce Finish Line’s horrible customer service policy that nothing can be returned if opened, EVEN IF DEFECTIVE.

Zero stars from me! The “manager” has terrible customer service skills! The $200 shoes we bought our son for school the silos started coming off the first day he wore them to school. We had the receipt, just wanted to exchange the shoes. Nope, not without your BOX!! REALLY FINISH LINE! I never thought I needed to ask the return policy at the time of sale, but apparently I paid $200 for a box!! Terrible store, the manager is terrible and the other kid who was working and waiting on another customer started mouthing off from access the store. I won’t ever buy from finish line ever again and I will give this review everywhere I can.

The store manager went out of his way to adjust my return and make sure I didn’t lose my coupon from an online purchase. Appreciate the awesome customer service and would shop here again!

I bought some amazing defective Adidas shoes from here back on November 27th, 2021 because I wanted to treat myself for Christmas. They were fairly expensive so color me surprised when the seams started to rip just past the 45 day mark. The 45 day mark is important because that is the furthest point finish line will return them. I have to go through adidas themselves now. However I need a receipt, conveniently the receipts are deleted online “as soon as they are printed” -an customer service manager. Do not bother calling customer service online as they will bounce you around 4 different people for an hour and hand you off to a manager that will say pound sand. I am going to try and contact the store manager directly because the retail store I worked at could pull receipts from any date using the card number. I am flabbergasted by the incompetence of the workers and the difficulties of getting a receipt. If you have to purchase from here take a picture of your receipt or link your phone number to the purchase through a rewards account. Do not repeat the mistake I made! I hope the manager makes it easy because I will be as persistent as needed.
