This is a stereotypical brick and mortar bank. Nothing flashy, nothing risky, pretty much a middle of the road place. They pay the industry standard interest on checking and savings.........which is pathetically low . I don't blame them, I blame the banking industry as a whole.The one positive note is they are found in multiple Midwest state which provides above average access to my accounts.To sum up.....traditional, white bread , palfrey interest paying bank.........there are far worse banks out there.

Don’t make your mortgage payment at this location will take forever to post to your account. Stay away from this location. I truly mean it. Please don’t deal with this location.

Went in with my grandpa to refinance a loan. They were short staffed, but still chose to help us. The employee Josh was very professional and calm even though there was a lot of people waiting and phones ringing. He took his time to help us and answer all our questions is a efficient timely manner.

These guys will say anything to get you out the door! I was lied to four or five times and had money taken out of my account at different times that it wasn't supposed to be taken out. Extremely dishonest bank. They post your debits before your credits. Don't believe me check it out! All I got to say is if anyone else took money from me they would be in jail.... somehow these Banks aren't accountable.

Friendly staff of any bank I've been to. Account options that work with your life. Awesome banking app and widget you can get on your phone that let you check your balance with a tap of a button. I highly recommend banking with Fifth Third Bank. Their motto is banking a fifth third better and I couldn't agree more.
