Great location for what we needed. Poor customer service. I expected more from a Embassy Suites. I have been a long time Honors member. I will not be staying here again.

Hilton y'all need to hire all new housekeeping staff.or better training. This is the second hotel with sub standard cleaning. The floors are filthy. When I get out of shower I like to continue to have clean feet when walking on floor. Your cleaning staff need to do better.

This is a beautiful hotel with an open lob y and very spacious hallways. The room was very clean with plenty of room to maneuver. It's obvious that special care goes into this hotel.
