He (I can't remember the name of the guy who called me back) called me back after I left a message, and offered help to fix it, but I wanted to try on my own after some discussion. So, he helped give me possible reasons for why the problem was happening and a path forward to further diagnosis and repair it. Thanks!”

“I’ve never trusted phone repair shops ever. I was going to take an L and live with the bad crack I had till I got another iPhone but I didn’t want to risk water getting in the cracks. Took it here and he got it done super fast and honestly I could be overthinking it but the screen looks more crisp than how it was before and feels good and just as responsive. The guy was nice and quick and knowledgeable so ask questions! Overall 5/5 would definitely recommend for anyone who is skeptical. 150$ beats 300-400$ at Apple and definitely beats paying 1,200$ for a new one when mines works just fine ?”
