Dollar Tree in Noblesville the Clover Road location needs an overhaul of management. The store is a mess. Today 5/11/24 the manager was in front yelling and complaining about her own store. It is obvious the stores problem is her. I can see why people would not want to work there or for her! Being in corporate management and district management for years I can tell you she would never work for me. Bottom line is she can't get the job done nor is she a good leader or motivator from what I witnessed! The store is going to be crowded the day before any holiday and weeks leading up to holiday's. If I could give this store 0 stars I would! Stuff all out in the aisles and definitely a shopper hazard and a lawsuit waiting to happen! I would hate to see what the back room looked like! I should have snapped some photos! Dear CEO of Dollar Tree and District or Area Manager in Noblesville get these stores in control. This store is an EPIC FAIL on so many levels! A little friendly customer service and managers that have big bulk experiences in retail would be a great start. Go back to background checks! Currently, one of your employees was literally arrested at a previous employer for THEFT and guess what a cashier (FACT) so I know employment checks not being completed! Sad times we are living in when you want to increase prices but are failing your customers on many levels!

It's a nice store however when I was in there there were at least 5 employees and 1 cashier. The line was wrapped around and then they finally sent someone up to get on another register. Please be mindful of your customers and their time. I do understand that a remodel is going on, however, that's no reason for the long line.

I’m very unhappy with my experience here today. Before shopping I asked the guy at the front if you guys do cash back. He replied yes. I only came here today to do a bit of shopping just so that I could get cash back. I needed $20 off my card so that I can go get an air purifier off facebook marketplace for my son who has horrible allergies. The shelves were bare and when I asked a worker if they could go to the back to see if they had any moisture absorbers where they were supposed to be on the shelves she retorted that the back us a mess as if it’s my fault. When I purchased my items they ran my card as credit which wouldn’t allow me to get cash back like I needed. I tried 2 more times with chapsticks at the register… again they ran my card as credit instead of debit. When I asked if they can please void my transaction so that I could run my card as debit and get my $20 they refused. When I asked to return my items so that I could get my money back they yelled at me in front of all those customers that I can only get in store credit. I’m seriously not happy with how I was treated here today as a customer. They are very rude and unprofessional here. I’ll go to any dollar tree except for this one.

The place was a mess due to patrons that think it's ok to leave unwanted items anywhere in the store. When climate is lack of staff due to workers shortage we need to pitch in and help by putting items back in correct location. Staff were extremely helpful. Kudos to the staff!

I shopped at the store yesterday and upon checking out the employee was picking his scab and actively bleeding. He would walk away midway through checking out a customer and it wasn’t until over halfway through checking me out that he got a bandaid. I was pretty disgusted. I went to Hobby Lobby and found several of the same items I have purchased at Dollar Tree for less. I purchased those items and took my dollar tree items back to return for a refund. I was unaware that there is no returns for multiple unopened items literally the following day. Understand this is the policy but it’s not clearly stated. The receipt I was given was washed out and barely legible. I was told rudely no refunds. What a terrible experience overall. I will never step foot back into a dollar tree.
