Went in looking for a nice running shoe. One of the shoe associates, Shawn, was so friendly and helped me narrow down my choices. Buying shoes can be A LOT and I’m thankful this place has rockstar employees. Thanks Shawn!

I haven’t been in two years as the manager, Jason, who I hope is not here anymore was very rude and condescending thinking my question was unserious and a “joking matter” when I was actually trying to find something for a birthday present for someone. If he is not here anymore I would love to try this location again!

My mom and I went there in the shoe department there were a couple of sales people walking around we were there for a while looking at the shoes waiting to get waited on we never had gotten acknowledged, we r mixed but there was a family that came that was white they asked them did they need help so we knew what it was told the manager he did nothing really except for calm down the situation really he was looking for the shoes for us but not really caring for our business he couldn’t order them for us told us to go another the reason he couldn’t order them he claimed it would’ve took 2 weeks in which we ordered them somewhere else and it took only 3 days to come to us .. I’ll never shop there again sad racism exists in 2024 and it’s ok it seems

Super disappointed that they put broken bats on the rack at a discount without identifying it’s cracked. There is no warranty or return of course so unsuspecting people will waste their money. I brought it up to a salesperson to take it off the rack and he just said “yeah” that happens didn’t remove it. Take a look at the picture below. I bought a bat here 2 months ago and it split on the 3rd pitch. Of course wood bats break but seems like broken ones are being intentionally left on the shelves here. BUYER BE WARE!!!

What an awful experience:( I’m so disappointed in the way I was treated. I commuted an hour to buy shoes that their website said was in stock at this location. (That’s not their fault though I know that’s higher up than them) I was talked into ordering them online in store. So I did, gave my information even repeated my phone number and email twice. Saw the money come out of my account but the clerk gave me no receipt or confirmation number. Went up to the front desk and purchased some inserts and signed up for the loyalty program which I then had to repeat my information MULTIPLE TIMES. I let them know about how I did not get any sort of receipt with the last clerk. I was told to “wait 10 minutes for a email it will come through” Not only were these young girls not concerned but also not helpful. I never got an email. At this point I’m concerned that more of my information including my address for this purchase was mistyped if my email was. I asked to speak to the manager. She told me there was nothing she could do and to call customer service. Customer service could not locate my order because my phone and e-mail were not typed correctly on either my online order or my loyalty. So two times two different children mistyped my information. After an hour of being on the phone with customer service the issue was resolved. All of this to say, if you’re going to have children working you need to make sure they actually know what they’re doing and how to type. There is NO reason I had to spend a whole evening on this including sitting on the phone for an hour. Do better Noblesville.

Awful service! I went in with a coupon for free golf balls. They acted like never heard of it! I saw a sale sign for z star golf balls. Took them off the shelf and tried to buy them but was told they can't sell them yet!!! Mind you they are on the shelf and there is a big sign with price!!! There are other places to buy golf balls. Don't go if you want good prices and good service.

Clean store, friendly staff, a good amount of product/apparel without being overwhelming, and you don't have to walk through a mall to get into this store. Parker (a manager there) was extremely helpful and kind.

Worst store I have ever been this ppl have trust issues I mean they will trit u like u are going to steal from them asking you witch door u came in and telling you.. u can try the shoes but one at a time are u serious I never ask him for both I just needed one to try it that's all I felt like I was a criminal awful way of taking care of customers specially those that are buying top expensive shoes that dude Austin.B is one of the guys that gave me and my family a very nasty experience I spend 15 min in that store and we left never coming back. This dude even gave me the store info and his name like he dosen't give a darn about what i think or i will say very confident so it means they are trained to be this awful that's only this store Castleton mall they all great ppl no problems at all we go there every time but Noblesville is the worst store I ever visited. I am a YouTuber soon I will release a few videos in how customer service is here in this area of Indiana lots of interesting content u guys will enjoy and this store will be there since I have them recorded luckily we all need to work together and bring down all this stores we're they don't offer a great customer service to their consumers they can all look for a different job that has nothing to do with customer service. We all staying quiet about this type of behavior and thats why it became popular to trit customers like trash there is laws that still there to protect us and that's why u do what I do I am tierd of been trited like trash wen u making them Ritch.
