No stars i know 4 people unrelated to each other and live in different buildings ,who have mold issues and have been told to just wash it off. Funny now they are remolding??? lol to cover the issues before new tenets move in.

The parking. When I visit, I have to count on playing games with the residents to catch a visitor spot, or hiking across the street from the nearest neighborhood risking getting run over from the lack of street lights and sidewalks.
