I’m so pleased I called this store! The CVS on Sunnydell told me my prescription was backordered and the entire cvs chain didn’t have it. I spent the day on hold with other pharmacies trying to locate. After no luck I decided to call another cvs nearby and they not only had it in stock, he had it ready so quickly. When I went in the store everyone was so friendly and happy. So refreshing. The pharmacist is awesome!

Got a code and appointment for a Covid test, went to this place and they "cant find it" even providing confirmation email and text messages.

I cannot thank the pharmacist Sean, Kat, and Lane enough for helping me. I work in a compounding pharmacy and we couldn’t get my prescription in, they were able to help me, were more than friendly to help me with a good price and are just amazing workers. CVS corporate, you have some diamond among gemstones here. You really do.Thanks for all of your help.

Maria, I apologize that it took me so long to write this review. I was in on Feb 26th 2023 and forgot to take the survey. Anyways, let me set the scene for you. It was a Sunday morning, 630 or so. Both kids are crying, the wife is tired and clearly overwhelmed and all three dogs are sick and wont drink or eat. Everything I did or said was wrong. As a veteran there are few days that I would rather be in the Middle East but let me tell you, this was one of them. I went into CVS to get some medicine and chocolate goodies for the kids and wife and hopefully find something for the dogs. After frantically running through the store, Maria stopped me and asked me if she could help. Not only did she point me in the right direction for the chocolate goods but after my long and unnecessary rant to her, while I was shopping she took the time to google some remedies for the kids and dogs that were available in store. She then found me and informed me of her research. The level of customer service she provided that day is second to none! It may not seem like it but Maria saved the day! Will definitely come back because of it.

The one-star is solely on the performance of a pharmacist named Char at the Noblesville location on Mundy drive. She's not professional or personable and could care less if patients have their prescriptions. And she's very confrontational. That's the last thing a patient needs coming in to pick up prescriptions is having to deal with an asinine pharmacist.

idk the workers names but it was a younger man and a woman working tonight around 7 but i was having an allergic reaction and there was no benadryl left in stock. i went and asked about it and they said they was none left but they still jumped onto it to help me. the guy checked the stock room and the office for me while the woman went thru her own personal belongings to find me some and got me water bottle. i dont know if they know how much i appreciated that but thank you.

This pharmacy has trouble keeping medications in stock so I took two stars off. Otherwise, this is a good pharmacy.

Employee ISSAC VERBALLY/PHYSICALLY ASSULT I was approached by a man named Isaac that demonstrated childish & immature behavior to me, physically & verbally. Unfortunately there were no other employees in the front to witness/reprimand this disgusting behavior. Hints why I am taking this to yelp, to hopefully get this resolved appropriately. DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, TRUST ME!

There is an older lady that works the pharmacy that was incredibly kind in explaining to me the covid testing specifically the home tests- she talked with me through the window for nearly 10 minutes completely Profesional the entire time. I had called several locations the day prior trying to find someone to give my daughter a test so she could attend the Dierks Bentley concert this evening and found the Little Clinic location in Speedway that scheduled her for today at 3pm but called me today at 1220 to cancel. A couple days prior I bought the Abbott home test and my daughter tested negative but the Live-action site said the test had to be printable and the app did not have a way to do that. I ultimately got someone at Ruff to talk to me and tell me Abbott was accepted digitally despite what Live-action had printed on their site. I had come into the CVS drive through today mainly because I had a script to pick up and received a text earlier in the week but while I was there I was asking about the test and a middle aged blonde got very rude with me telling me she had talked to my wife the day prior which she had not it was me that called. Then she copped an attitude looking at me and mouthing off with eye contact as she walked away. I explained I couldn't hear her and I couldn't read her lips because she was wearing a mask. She wouldn't come back to talk to me. The rest of the staff including the elder lady were all very nice to me but Im giving 2 stars because of the gal who gave me attitude. I didn't create the tests or the rules and like a lot of others I am confused because of so much misinformation. I look to the pharmacy as a safe haven not as a place for a lady to vent her frustrations out on me. If the blonde lady wants to apologize to me I will gladly increase my stars on my review but as it stands I've been made to feel that my time, concern and presence are not welcomed at that pharmacy.

Terrible customer service. New pharmacist on duty could care less about doing her job. Letting a kid go without her medicine is despicable. Why even go into the work of helping people if you’re going to refuse to do it.

If I could give this pharmacy 0 stars, I would. Every single time I go to pick up my monthly medication, there is an issue. I end up sitting and waiting for 45 minutes while other customers get their medicine. There are never any apologies or explanations, every single time they act surprised that this is happening or that my medicine is at a different location. They are rude and quite honestly the worst pharmacy I have ever had my medications sent to. BEWARE

Some of the nicest people that I have ever dealt with, are very prompt about getting prescription ready and notifying you when it is ready. Very friendly staff!!

After getting an Uber to get there and arriving at 4pm for the pharmacy being closed since 1pm. There online hours showed 6pm since I always check prior to going because they change hours all the time. I was told the pharmacist didn’t come into work. That’s no excuse because the pharmacy manager should have been required to come in. I’ve worked years in healthcare management and that’s what managers have to do. CVS has gone from the best to the worst and I feel embarrassed for them

I under the pharmacy can be quite busy but when their are patients needing medication that should not lapse and the pharmacy tech is being rude and talking over you? That’s terrible customer service and highly unprofessional.
