This place is awful. They treat their customer's poorly, provide terrible service, and just today I am unable to take 2 doses of medication due to the incompetence of the pharmacist on duty. When asked how to avoid this issue in the future, there was no good answer. Just lots of babbling and talking in circles.
I just want to make an edit saying that there is one pharmacist, I am not sure of his name, maybe Jason... anyway he is great. Always takes the time to speak to you directly and ensures your concerns are addressed. Not like whoever was on duty today.

My wife and I just had our immunizations yesterday at this location. Mary Ann was our pharmacist and was terrific to deal with. We needed to change several things with our scheduled shots (all my fault), and she remained courteous and helpful throughout. She also administers an excellent IM injection. Thank you, Mary Ann!

I get that places are ahort staffed but taking multiple days to fill time sensative medications is unacceptable. Sitting here watching an infection spread while they prioritize flu shots and repeatedly tell me to come back in a few hours.

Came into the pharmacy and the girl working was not pleasant. System was down. Which I get but she was rude about letting us know. Then go to check out up front and no cashier and no one in site to help. Terrible location and working staff.

I understand they are shortstaffed like many other places but the customer service I recently experienced was very frustrating when I was trying to get an urgent antibiotic. I have new insurance and I called to give them my information before picking up my prescription but was waiting on hold for over 20 minutes for anyone to answer my call so I just went to get my prescription when they finally let me know it was ready. Unfortunately I was getting close to when they were closing and they were irritated that they had to put my prescription in and made me come inside only to find out that my insurance is no longer excepted at CVS and because they were closing soon they were not willing to send it to another pharmacy for me and told me I need to wait until tomorrow. For someone needing an antibiotic that needs to start right away the fact that they were so unwilling to spend a few extra minutes to transfer my prescription when I tried to give them this information well earlier in the day is unacceptable.

This is a great place when Nathan is there. When he has a certain sub she is rude and hateful to customers. If he’s gone for an extended period again or leaves and she’s the new pharmacist, we will transfer. I’ve had several horrible conversations with her. Not how a pharmacist should talk to a customer. I don’t even make eye contact with her anymore because she seems to thrive on making people uncomfortable. So if I rated this pharmacy on her it would be less than one star if that was possible. If you hate what you do so much that you snap at customers, find a new field.

This pharmacy is little to be desired.. There is always a problem with my medications not being refilled. I always have one or two missing from my order. I was on auto delivery once a month and for some reason, they completely took me off for no reason and stopped delivering my medication. They are so disorganized and can’t keep up with my medication changes. The drive thru is a disaster. There is always a line of cars waiting to get their orders and every customer takes forever in line. And also there is one pharmacy tech that is totally rude and unprofessional. She is younger and has long blondish redish hair.
