This pharmacy has been going downhill and I mean FAST!!! I'm a victim of chronic pain and because of that I also have a anxiety issue and other health issues and I take up to 16 medications on a regular basis. I am disabled with no transportation, so having a pharmacy within walking distance is a must and I have been using this particular CVS for about 4 years. It used to be great and now...it is seriously the worst pharmacy EVER! Last month when I was trying to reach them to see if my pain meds had been filled, they wouldn't pick up the pharmacy phone for 45 minutes so I hung up and waited a couple of hours to call them back. Again, I sat on hold for another 30 minutes before giving up and having to walk there. There were several people waiting for long periods of time along with myself. I waited and watched them moving around slowly with no sense of urgency whatsoever and the entire time that I stood there waiting...not one phone call was picked up. Now this month I know that my doctor called in my pain meds 3 days early and when I FINALLY got lucky enough for them to pick up the phone after waiting about 15 minutes, they had the nerve to tell me that they were out of one of my pain medications and would have to order them and wouldn't be able to have them for me for 3 days past my fill date. Which I know that they knew because the day my doc called them in, I got a text from them saying they would have to order them. Which they obviously didn't. These are the exact same meds that I get filled there EVERY SINGLE MONTH and the exact same quantity and now because of their incompetance, I have to be in pain and without my meds that are never supposed to be stopped abruptly. And furthermore, I get the impression that they couldn't care less! If you have options, I would seriously recommend not using this pharmacy at 2550 Conner St.
