I cannot thank the pharmacist Sean, Kat, and Lane enough for helping me. I work in a compounding pharmacy and we couldn’t get my prescription in, they were able to help me, were more than friendly to help me with a good price and are just amazing workers. CVS corporate, you have some diamond among gemstones here. You really do.

Employee ISSAC VERBALLY/PHYSICALLY ASSULTI was approached by a man named Isaac that demonstrated childish & immature behavior to me, physically & verbally. Unfortunately there were no other employees in the front to witness/reprimand this disgusting behavior. Hints why I am taking this to yelp, to hopefully get this resolved appropriately.DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE, TRUST ME!

The staff are amazing. The pharmacy makes me feel like I’m in a small town and they are always willing to help me with anything I need. I can’t say enough good things about them I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I have been going to this pharmacy for the past 7+ years. I am in a city that has a CVS on every corner so I have plenty to choose from. The staff here at Mundy Drive are the best! They are always friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work guys!

I booked an appointment to get a booster shot at CVS and it turned out to be the worst customer service experience ever. The pharmacist there acted like she did want to be at work and did everything she could to discourage me as a customer. They acted like I interfered with their coffee break. Why CVS asks the same questions that they ask on the website is a mystery to me. What's the use in inputting info on the website if they're going to ask you the exact same questions you've already provided on the website? The CVS system is slow and burdensome. The staff is rude and I think I've only met one that is extremely helpful at the Tegler location. I just cancelled my extra-care card and will spend my money elsewhere where I don't feel disrespected. I will never step into any CVS location again!

This is my go to pharmacy. I looked at some of the other reviews and just don't share the sentiments. I've been able to get any prescription I wanted within the same day. They have a drive for prescriptions if you prefer not going in. The staff has always answered my questions or told me where to get it. With the construction going on. It can be a pain to get in. But that is temporary. I got a shot there and had to wait, so I watched them behind the pharmacy counter; they are incredibly busy. No one is slacking. Yes the store has other items, I normally go elsewhere to get it, but I know it's there if I want it.

Wish I could leave a 0 star. Terrible customer service. Script called in 6 hours ago & wasn't ready when I went to pick up. Called the wrong name when finally got it ready. Will be switching pharmacies

Everyone in the pharmacy is great except Becky. The first time she helped me she kept pushing the monthly delivery program. I told her several times I did not want it but she kept pushing. This time I go and she refuses to scan my extra care card. I don't like giving out my name and birthdate aloud. This is why I use my extra care card. Next time I will request a different person and come back when she is not working.

Terrible customer service from Katie. She was extremely rude and unprofessional. Even with her co-worker Olivia. She called me rude and had a very bad attitude. It's a shame to get such a bad experience when we use this very Cvs store for all our prescriptions. Now I'm worried that this was an act of discrimination due to my ethnicity background. I felt so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. I do like Cvs and it is very uncommon to for me to have a bad experience in a good company like that.
