We stayed here to be closer to where we were going for our Thanksgiving celebration. We had a wonderful experience, including my breakfast of an egg burrito and Starbucks coffee at the bistro in the morning. I only ate half to save room for gobbling up some turkey and fixens later! The gentleman that ran the the Bistro, (on Thanksgiving) was super nice, and so were the other staff members at the desks and in the hallways.

I normally do not complain but I need to express my views. I’m here on business. I’m not a platinum elite member but gold elite member. The best thing about this location is Cheryl. Very empathetic and accommodating.1. A Hot tub is listed on Bonvoy app but when I arrived, it was out of order and has been for months I guess. Should be noted on website.2. No USB ports anywhere in the king 2 room suite. If you don’t have a wall plug you can’t charge your iPhone.3. Direct TV, TV in bedroom could not even get a signal. Can’t use Netflix or other internet TV apps. Direct TV is outdated and you can’t even watch certain channels.4. Starbucks is served, but the espresso/latte machine was broken. The sweet lady that was working cafe was taking orders AND cooking. She was alone and this was her second day.on the job.5. The hot water in the shower was warm but not hot and the shower head had minimal pressure flow.I may sound petty but when you stay at a Marriott property you have expectations and that is why you choose Marriott. I thought all Marriott collections such as Fairfield, Residence Inn, Springhill, Courtyard etc are the same and have same amenities. You know what to expect when you stay at a courtyard. After all my years being a Bonvoy member, I never realized that individual owners that rent the Marriott name are in control. Very disappointed in this location. Again, Cheryl at the front was so wonderful. I will not stay here again and hope the owner of this location along with Marriott corporate sees this review.

Clean but a bit shabby. Furniture is old and dated. Tub faucet leaked. Carpet was stained. Work area was ok but not as nice as other Courtyards. The Bistro is a nice touch but limited hours. Nice bit TV in the bedroom. All in all not bad but more dated than the typical Courtyard.

In room 216, there's mold in, around and on the shower floor. The refrigerator was not working.Rooms: The young man that checked my husband into our room was very efficient and friendly! The room was very clean, neat and tidy!

Overall nice hotel. Good service from the front desk. My big complaint was that the restaurant is not open a lot of the time. I don’t work on a standard schedule so that part did not work for me. Typical Marriott room. I stayed here twice, once in a suite and once I a standard room and had a good experience with both. Couch in the room either way was nice as well.

When we arrived I had requested bedding for the pullout couch as I was traveling woth my teenager. There was none. The bathroom shower was mildewy (like caked up) and had hair on the shower walls. Many of the room lights did not work. At breakfast they could not make half the menu it seems as their equipment was broken. The hotel a/c was down so the common areas were around 80 degrees. Definitely would not recommend.

This hotel was a hotwire deal. Checking in I was told that my choice of room could not be honored because the hotel was sold out likely due to the Matchbox 20 concert (that we were also going to) So we ended up getting a double queen instead of a king. Which wasn't that big of a deal but once we got to our room, it smelled like dogs had been in the room, stains on the carpet and a night gown left on the back of the bathroom door. I went back to the front desk to complain but they yet again said they could do nothing because the hotel was sold out. Yet they had the operations manager come give the excuse that the reason the room was likely not to par was because they were forced to use a third party cleaning service due to being short handed. Disappointed in this news we stayed in the room. Later I noticed that the shower curtain holder must have been ripped out of the wall at some point because you could still see the old mounting holes left in the wall. The last observation I had was the conditioner dispenser pump was stuck in the down position. Due to the close proximity to the Fairfield Inn the parking lot can be confusing.

rude customer service, and that is the only reason i put 1 star. i am not even checked in yet and the front desk lady was absolutely rude to me. asked if my room was available and she was short and didnt even ask for my name like the previous lady did a few hours before hand. not even sure if my room was ready early because she didnt ask for my reservation name just told it would be a wait. i would LOVED to have paud more money for an early check in time as well. if youre miserable in your job then dont work for customer service. it was the short front desk lady with the fake lashes. next time be a little more decent to the people staying at this hotel. I will never be back for a concert event after this. i would rather spend double the money to be somewhere nicer than somewhere where i already feel like a nuisance walking into before i was even asked my name and if i had a room for the night.

I was at the coffee bar getting a coffee with my service dog he was just standing beside me. There was a group of customers close by having breakfast. I was approach by a staff member stating that they do not allow pets in that area. I told the staff member that he is a service dog. He continued to state that it did not matter and he would allow to order my coffee to go. I finished up and retrieved to my room. I immediately double checked ADA hotel policy. A hotel can not confine you and your dog to certain areas of the hotel.I called the front desk and asked for the manager at 9:45 am (approximately) I was told they would be in at 1pm. I left my cell number....aa d was told they would call me. It never happened later in the afternoon around 4 pm I stopped by the front desk and was told I would be contacted by the manager. I also informed her that I did file a complaint with corporate. I checked back several times and was told the same. It just never happened. This is clearly discrimination and I was completely humiliated in front of the other hotel guest.

Just a place to stop. The rooms are not particularly clean. We stayed there because we went to a concert a Deer Creek. That night the rates jumped quite a bit. Would definitely try another place next time.

It looks amazing when you walk in. When you get to your room is a different story. Or at least ours.We rented a $300 room. As soon as we walked in, there was a huge strain on the floor and 4 stains on the couch where my toddler was supposed to sleep. The room was terrible and looked like a super 8 room. I can not speak for any of the other rooms, but this one was horrendous. Then it took them 45 mintues to figure out how to do a refund. We ended up downtown Indianapolis beside the canal. So much cleaner and invited and worth the money.

Older style Marriott rooms and really not great or horrible. Bistro was closed last Wednesday and Thursday night which is incredibly frustrating as a business traveler. Drastic room rate change between Wednesday and Thursday also.

Great rooms, clean and big! However, only ice machine that works is in the first floor, hot tub does not work and the heated pool isn't heated at all.Noteworthy details: Pool isn't heated, hot tub of course is out of order in Feb. Probably works in August though...

We are driving from San Francisco to Pennsylvania. After a long drive today we couldn’t have felt more welcomed by your front staff employee Jess. She made us dinner which I must say was the best meal this trip! She got me a bag of ice because the ice machine was out of service on our floor. You should be very proud of your employee Jess. What a great asset to your company!
